Information
This is basically a theme I've been working on for Desire, until I sold it. So I've decided to continue the effort as soon as I got my hands on Desire HD. Of course back then it was just a custom framework-res. I've decided to look around the forums for some nice features to add and create a flashable zip for the extra convenience. I was pleased with the result, so I thought I'd share it with the rest of you; some might enjoy it as much as I do.
This theme is in no way 100% my own work. As i've said I mostly put it all together. The App-Pack is taken from MattedBlues, as well as some of the notification icons. This theme might turn out different in the future, as I'll continue working on it (slowly, as there's not much spare time due to various obligations). The least you can expect is keeping it up to date with the current CM releases.
Anyway, I'd like to give major credits to the following people:
// APP-Pack & partial Framework-res
Jabbawalkee and Beatblaster. Your work is truly appreciated; major props (permissions granted)!

1. Flash Delicious-v3-xxxxx.zip or gingerlicious-v2-xxxxx.zip using ClockworkMod.
Important note: If you're doing a fresh installation of CyanogenMod, do NOT flash the theme right afterwards. Reboot first, enter your pin and after the ROM is fully loaded you can reboot to recovery once again and flash the theme. If you do otherwise you might get bootloops.
2. Go to Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Tweaks Extras > Select a theme > Select "Delicious".
3. Reboot (optional).

Heya Phunky - long time no talk
Thanks for this, looks nice, might give this a try....althought I am kinda liking LeeDrOid atm though

Hey Paulus! Long time no talk, indeed.
If you decide to give CM a try in the future, I'd love to see some feedback!

Thanks now i have clean designe.

Glad you like it. Please, let me know if you find any bugs/glitches.

okey NoProb

The theme looks fantastic, though I too am still into Leedroid. Waiting for Cyanogen to mature a bit.
This will undoubtedly be the first theme I put on when Im running cyanogen though!

I am loving the look of it, but I am not too keen on the folding screens as you move though the menus. I assume there is no way to disable it?

looks stunning in person, great work thanks

Ouch, how did you manage that? If you wouldn't mind packing a new one, I would be very grateful, it's a gorgeous theme I just like the default animations more.

Wow, i like so much the kind of blue that you use .... thanks so much for share your work.

Unfortunately electricity was a bit unstable last night and I don't really own a UPS. So I guess it was bound to happen at some point.

Really enjoying this slick theme, (although I changed the font) I like the really clean statusbar. Is there a way to disable the signal strength bars and the dbm at the same time, permanently?
I also noticed the bar across the bottom of the tabs doesn't quite reach the whole way, I assume because I increased the LCD density.

Is that common in Greece?
Good news: cyanogen is now really being tested for DHD, so once we have a nice stable one, I'll definitely flash and have a go with your theme

Would be nice to upload a few pictures that indicate the problem, but it's possible that it's caused by the lcd density - people have reported inconsistencies with their themes at times when they change the density.

I guess it depends in the area, fortunately it's not that common.
If we eventually get an official CM port, i will have to check if the theme is safe to flash first, as there might be differences in the framework files.

Puzzle Lock
With this version you will notice that just about everything has been redone. I have expanded the style scheme with some animations, shadowing effects and reconfigured the font scheme as well. Plus many, many more!
You should notice some overall speed increases, a new UI appeal and potentially less battery usage.
Once again, I strongly recommend wiping your dalvik-cache to get the most from this release.
Maintenance Realease 1 (Previous version & DL09 ONLY)

The main framework has been completely rebuilt for speed. The UI is now in control and it now incorporates a much better style scheme. You will notice the dark transparent backgrounds have returned and we are now running on a custom font color and shadowing effects. plus many more...
This is a universal patch (DL09 ONLY). So whether you are running the aosp lock or the puzzle lock version, this is for you!
I strongly recommend that you wipe your dalvik-cache as well as your cache!

You could ask him if you could just include it but its not necessary. If you just flash adryns zip after the theme it will replace it and the theme will take hold for the new lock screen too.

I haven't got around to asking yet but I did take a look at it. It appears the android.policy is the only thing changed. So yes you can flash this over.
I am partial to my puzzle lock but I do have this done and merged into the full theme. After I get his ok I can upload a new zip. This way people can pick the puzzle lock version or aosp lock version.

As you can see, this is my first post here. The work you all do is unbelievable, so thanks for it all! With that said, I have an issue. Hatespawn, you're saying I can flash Adryn's zip after this theme, and it should replace the puzzle lock? If so, it doesn't seem to be working for me. Running DL09 modem, 1230 nonvoodoo kernel. The puzzle lock screen persists. I've tried flashing it via CWM both with and without wiping data/cache. What am I doing wrong?
Wow, this looks great! The only thing I don't like is the font, how hard would it be to change it to something sans serif? At some point I want to learn how to do this myself but i haven't found a good tutorial or instructions yet, although i imagine it's not too hard.

[Theme] [3/1/11] Touch of Blue [Final] [EB01]

Note to Users
Because of my growing frustration with Samsung, I have decided to focus my efforts on theming aosp and will not be updating TOB from this point on. I am grateful for all the interest and support you guys have shown for this theme, but all good things must eventually come to an end. I'm not sure how much longer I will have a Fascinate, but I am sure that I will be running aosp/cm builds for the rest of the time that I do. If anyone would like to take this project over feel free to do so.

- Themed lockscreens.
- Themed Android & Samsung widgets.
- Themed dialer with optional voicemail button defaults.
- Themed progress bars, menu options, etc.
- Accurate battery and reboot options.

- Option to remove the statusbar clock.

- Optional Modified TW Launcher.
Recent Updates
(3/10) - Added tab/rotary lockscreen music controls by sbrisssen. I did not personally test as I'm on aosp, but I'm positive it will work.
(3/1) - Changed update script to edify for support with new cwm 3.0 (although I'm not sure how necessary this is atm). Confirmed working with regular and red cwm.
(3/1) - Grabbed Adrynalyne's Settings.apk for compatibly with SuperClean 2.x. I tested and confirmed it working with deodexed eb01 and SuperClean 2.6 (and 2.7 before it was pulled).
(3/1) - Resolved phone force close issues. AOSP answer is now the default, and it is themed with a blue in-call gradient.
(3/1) - Menu unlock is now removed from AOSP lockscreen (thanks to sbrissen).
(2/27) - Added all of sbrissen's latest mods ..... clock options in settings, carrierless lockscreens, aosp answer, etc. Yes, he is a beast.
(2/27) - Themed Launcher2.apk for those that prefer to use it (like myself).
(2/27) - Themed Phone.apk to remove green in-call gradient fill (per suggestion). It is now blue and looks great.
(2/27) - Removed several irrelevant download links from OP (i.e. tw gtglauncher). For those that like touchwiz stuff, I highly recommend that you check out CrushD's recent mods found here (particularly the launcher).
(2/21) - Added my own version of the reworked dialer. The voicemail button now defaults to carrier voicemail (i.e. *89). Also added three optional dialers that default to (1) google voice (2) youmail and (3) visual voicemail in the extras section below. To install one of the optional dialers, extract the zip and flash the appropriate version via CWR.
(2/21) - Themed google search, facebook, market (thanks 00.ante), and youtube apks added. They are all based on the most recent updates. See pictures above to see how they look.
(2/15) - Included my reworked quickpanel. Text below quick panel buttons now read "Data" and "Rotation." This does away with the unsightly double lines without removing the text completely like other themes do.
Credits
- Nitsuj17 for his help and hard work. .
- Sbrissen for accurate battery, reboot options, clock options, and 5 lockscreens mods. He is officially the guru.

Because I used the Samsung battery as a base, this is the only option I have. They used a total of 13 pngs, I think, which count down by 10's (with a random 35, 65, and a 0). The only way to change it would be to create the additional battery screenshots, which is indeed no small task (and is probably why nobody has themed the Samsung battery). I plan to edit the circle battery d with the blue for those who would like a more accurate battery. I personally don't mind the countdown by 10's

That is my aim with unity, to bring software and hardware together. In the case of the Nexus S, it is a very nice black and the SAMOLED screen has some of the best blacks I've ever seen. Because of this, I am trying to use dark colours where appropriate to help seamlessly blend the screen with the surrounding hardware.
This is a work in progress, I'm just getting it ready now instead of posting separate threads everywhere for separate apks etc. Feel free to incorporate anything from my theme into any ROMs etc, as long as I am mentioned in the credits.

Dark Launcher2
Custom font - Comfortaa
Semi-transparent Notification Window

Notes
[CM7 Based ROMs] If you are having troubles actually seeing the changes after successfully applying the theme, make sure you are using the System theme in Theme Chooser.
[General] If you are having issues, check and see if you are using the correct download version for your ROM, also try checking the MD5 sum to see if you need to download a new copy.
[General] The screenshots are from my CM7 installation, if you are on stock, you will not have the toggles up the top. This is a CM7 feature, not part of my theme.
[Stock/MoDaCo/Axura] As of 1.2.0/1.2.1 you will not have a H icon when using HSDPA, as it is based on stock. This will be added in the next release, don't fret
Enjoy! As always, feedback is appreciated, and I will try to fix any issues that arise. If you enjoy my work, you can always Donate or hit the 'Thanks' button.

Can do, I'd forgotten about the search bar, I never use it personally, and I don't have it on my homescreens either
EDIT: You're referring to GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk right? Just checking
The third party apps i mainly use are handcent sms, foursquare, shopkick, facebook, twitter. I'd appreciate you working on these.

1.0.1 is up, all I have done for this is to merge the CM7 and Stock versions together, to make everything simpler. If anyone has any issues with it (specifically on a stock ROM/Axura) please let me know. I have tested it with GBCollab 1.08 (CM7 based) and it works fine so I assume there won't be any problems.
I am currently working on SystemUI, framework-res and GoogleQuickSearchBox for future versions, if you would like others to be added to the 'future' list, just let me know.
Updates may be a bit slow until next weekend, please bear that in mind.
I like the simple and sleek look you've got going.
1.1.0 is up, contains a partially themed SystemUI.apk. Could someone running either stock, MoDaCo or Axura please test it out and report back on their experiences? It works perfectly for me on CM7.
Thanks, and enjoy

Yeah, lol, I know, but the idea of 'hardware and software embracing each other' is kinda gone that way. How well the blacks look on SC-LCD, they just won't blend the screen with the surrounding hardware.

Ok the reason behind that is I had modified the updater-script to delete CameraGoogle.apk and install Camera.apk. I hadn't been able to test it out however, so you're saying that there was no camera at all?
I might have to revert back to 2 branches consider 1.1.0 a CM7 only version for now, 1.1.1 will fix this.

NEW FREE BOOT ANIMATIONS! (The actual boot animations look much better than the gifs...the spinner looks wonky in the gif because they messed up image alignments. Also, I could only upload 20 images in the gif...try them out for yourself!)
After downloading, rename the zip file to bootanimation.zip and copy into /system/media with rw-r-r permissions. I suggest you backup your original bootanimation.zip for possible future restore. If these instructions are not familiar for you, it might be best for you to leave your phone stock.

Yeah, sorry guys. I started working on the update, then I had an injury and school started, so honestly, I haven't worked on it at all this week. I'm starting to feel better now, and I'm ahead of my studies, so I'll have time this week to work on it. Hopefully I'll be able to release by the end of next weekend.
Basically, at this point, I prefer the way my CM7 version is looking...so I'm taking some of the visual treatments of that theme and applying it back into the CM9, which is ironic, because the CM7 theme was actually inspired by the CM9 version...but now I need to pay more attention to the CM9 so that it's got the same consistent quality theming that the CM7 has currently (which is near perfect, imho). Don't worry, I'm maintaining the same holo style, just making everything fit together more nicely.
What I've been able to do already, is merge the application theming...which means that most of the individual applications' theming has already been ported. What I have left is to merge all of the framework buttons, bars, etc...which didn't seem like much at the time until I spent enough time running CM9 to witness all of the coloration inconsistencies...I"m a perfectionist, and I'm simply ashamed of this CM9 theme in it's current state, to be quite honest. Which means you can rest assured, I will have it all fixed up and ready to go fairly soon.
Long story short, and excuses aside, I will get back on track with progress this week for you guys. Thank you so much for your support and patience. Also, if there's something you see that looks funky...can't see text well because of a background color, buttons looking all jacked up, or whatever, feel free to take screenshots and PM me with a link (you can also email directly to [email protected]). Chances are, I already know about the issue...but I'd rather get 100 screenshots of things I already know, than miss something that would be important to end-users.
I do plan on a donate and free version for the play store. But I need to get the quality to my standards before doing so.
The adw ex theme concept was to address the redirection issues with apps that have come caps in the name. However, after this upcoming update, all future updates will be built from source, as I now have my Linux box set up, and I believe that will no longer be an issue. If I'm incorrect, then I'll probably do the adw ex theme for that specific purpose.

Just wanted to say that this is AWESOME! Thanks for all the work you've done in porting, and can't wait for further development! It's really the only fully themed L port out there for non CM users that's being updated, so keep up the good fight
Thanks for all the positive feedback! It has been greatly appreciated! @monish1995 is just about to release another version of his theme, which should improve the animations, re-did gmail, and more. Sounds good to me! This is already a huge upgrade, so anything extra can just come at an easy pace....only question I have is, do you know of any sort of easy-ish way to get the notification pulldown to stretch the whole width again? It's the one change I honestly do not like with L so far. Especially since I'm running the Gaussian Blur module for it as well, so the blur just....stops near the ends, and it's ticking me off. If not I'll definitely learn to live with it, I just wish I could see what Google's aim was in making this design decision over having it stretch the full width.

I'm sorry but I didn't exactly want to take requests because I'm mimicking the styles of Android L by mirroring another theme. I made this theme because of the lack of an Android L theme for CM10 and HK theme manager and I don't want to break away from its style. BTW I've attached a screenshot of how the actual pulldown looks in L, just so you can see (from Google Search, not taken by me).
Sorry but I'm sure it'll grow on you.

BTW I've attached a screenshot of how the actual pulldown looks in L, just so you can see (from Google Search, not taken by me).
Sorry but I'm sure it'll grow on you.

Oh I wasn't expecting you to do it, I know what you're going for and I appreciate it! Wouldn't want you to change the whole style for one person. Was moreso asking if you knew of a way I could do it on my own, or somewhere that I could find out. You keep doing what you're doing, as I'll assume most people WANT that full Android L experience. I've included a screenshot of what mine looks like. Not too bad on the default screen, but when you get to places where a white background or a bright color fill is present, it's an unpleasant aesthetic.
