i have a solution for you ,i think its the bootloader screen (red-green-blue)
you have to get the official rom
steps
when you have this screen
1- connect the usb caple
2- setup the official rom

i'm upgrade using rom PDAVIET wm6.1 htc wizard and following the true procedur..
till process the running, but, when the process starte 0% the screen showing black screen colour..

I recently bought an unlocked HTC Diamond (Orange).
I want to upgrade my ROM. I dont know if the Hard SPL is installed on it.. How can i find out? Also, if its not installed, what HARD SPL should i install ? (I searched the forum, mostly the stickey topics about Hard Spl, But they are a little complicated , Signed , Unsigned Hard SPL etc...) Please explain!
Also do i have to upgrade Radio ? What is Radio ? What version do i have to install (if i have to upgrade Radio)?

I've googled for these 2 software but know where to be found. Here I come for any assistance from YOU. PLS help me if you have any ideal on how to change this phone language. HTC TOUCH DIAMOND 2.

When i tried to flash the slp with the bellow file, it always stop at the recovery mode (0%).

my HTC TOUCH DIAMOND IS DEAD while changing language.
I want to change the language of my phone to English, i used "flash-hardspl" downloaded from the link bellow to flash it, now the phone refuse to power on again. pls help me if there's any way to revive it.
