i'd like to differ... it doesn't have htc dialer.... something that i like the most.... the only reason i don't use a AOSP rom is that the dialer and everything is so dark and dingy and not so attractive.... bt then thats just me... any ways good rom ... keep it going..

Ergh. You need to have 2.X.X.X recovery to install this rom. Either fastboot it or get it from rom manager and temporarily boot to it from rom manager to install the rom.

as he said, with recoveries higher that 2.5 , you'll only be able to install roms with android 2.3

Perform a Wipe Data in Clockworkmod before flashing a new ROM. Thus, perform a Wipe, then try reinstalling.
Introduction
Hi everyone! I'm proud to introduce our custom CyanogenMod 7 Rom called "TsunamiMod". We (fdespotovski and despotovski01) are hard working on this Rom. The ROM is ready and it's working on our devices. However, there are some bugs mentioned in this post below.

Some more information.
This ROM works well with all of the Mur4ik's kernels, so if you want, use the latest kernel. Also, it's recommended that you use ClockworkMod Recovery with this ROM.
Installation.
You can install this ROM as usual: with fastboot or recovery. Because it's still a beta, the ROM isn't uploaded yet and you can only install it through recovery. We will upload the first test version soon.

Because the fm radio is not in the openswift source. When the Rom is ready, you should be able to use it with any Mur4ik's kernel.

I need to compile it. I'm doing that right now.
It doesn't boot with Mur4ik's kernel. Will try with Quarx's, and if even that doesn't work, we'll build our own.
Well, maybe you try to run kernel that have 3G split and you have 2G split. So If you can't run kernel with 2G split, run kernel with 3G split (it can be changed in kernel config).

As far as i know this ROM doesn't support additional partitions on sdcard.

That wont work, rageagainstthecage was patched from Android 2.2.1 (this is 2.2.2) and up. As I said, use GingerBreak to root, or flash one of the su-x.x.x.x-efgh-signed.zip files (from here) in recovery. Then use BusyBox installer from the Market.

I've just realised, Rageagainstthecage didn't root your phone. Because this ROM is using custom kernel, adbd is running as root by default, so it would copy over the Superuser files anyway, because it is root shell.

You know the only thing I miss in AOSP ROMs is the notification power widget... Ever since the stock LG ROMs, I just need it there

Now i fixed BT, but I used stock bt files, so FM radio will be aded later. I work on WiFi tether and camera's FC.
Youtube and Video playback
Playing Video on youtube, you can only hear sound not the see the video. Playing Videos from the gallery or video player only shows first frame of the video (still image + sound). The rom is very fast and even when not odexed it has lots of free ram 70-89mb! Been waiting for a clean AOSP 2.2 rom for ages. Thanks again

Oh yeah Joe Stone's rom did that before he fixed it. It must be to do with codecs and video hardware acceleration.
Fixing Codecs could fix the Camera bug.

Unfortunately no, it's caused to an incompatibility with theme, I'm trying to solve.
in each case the system manages RAM optimally.
So, can I install your rom on a 20L baseband?

Ony thing I noticed, you played bit too much with removing LG crap. I like default music player.. also, you removed Gmail . Nevermind, no problem really

How to use:
1. Backup - use NANDRIOD (just in case something went wrong)
2. Copy the zip file in your SD card (copy in root folder)
3. Boot in CMW, Clear Data/Factory Reset and choose "install zip from SDCARD" or
Use ROM Manager and choose install zip from SD card.

Thanks for the port mate. It feels better than the Chinese port that came out a few days ago. One observation is that the LeWa Player is not working... Great job, thanks.

Only you can observe it. It depends on your usage.
can i use supercharger script for this rom?
I have a question, or a request maybe. There's any posibilitie to add LG Keyboard, I'm used to using it.

Very smooth. Battery good.
But I have a problem with incoming call, the phone ring & vibrate, but only display wallpaper and status bar and nothing more. and still ring & vibrate even though the call has ended by caller. i cant do anything, only press Power button and restart/power off

Same incoming call bug, phone freezes and keeps vibrating, i had to pull out the battery
Yes even me having incoming call bug, doesnt show the call scren just normal wallpaper but vibrates and rings.......\
please give a quickfix for this....
