hello fellows smart people i need help with yahoo email on my hd7 it was working fine the first three days and the it stop sincing it keep say my info is incorrect and sometimes it says it cant connect and onece say bc i have my data off. im always on wifi dont have a data plan i try doing it with the advance option with the info from yahoo and does not work got the same msgs. please help and pardon my spelling.

Hi there, I searched around and couldnt really find anything that would help me. I Am using an HTC Tytn 2 and my Service Provider is Rogers. I have a data and phone plan with them so i know i get to send MMS messages, as I have already sent them before. All of a sudden I cannot. They sit trying to send and then just sit in my outbox. Any Ideas?

I have the At&t tilt but unlocked it to work with Tmobile...Can't send or recieve mms. Dont have a data plan but have wifi in my home and it still says i can't download. Help please...Thanks

Just a quick one, wondering if its happened to anybody else before.
I got a couple of text messages the other day but the received number was about 20 digits long? It started off OK, with the right country code and mobile provider code, then its was just loads of random numbers?
Dunno if its the phone or somebody spoofing texts to me? Kinda weird! Just wondering if anybody else has had this issue?
Oh and I have swiftBL ROM.
Actually, while I'm here, I asked this question the other day, but lost the thread!
Is it possible to have an option to surf via WiFi, because whenever I click the browser it automatically starts to use HSDPA, but I'd be at home with me WiFi or in work with WiFi and I want to tell it to use the!

just turn wifi on in comms manager...jobs a good one
can't help you with the sms....but its working ok here
must be a dodgy sms...just bin it...or google the number and see if something pops up

Iam sorry if this is an old problem but it is doing my head in, i have searched the forums and found out some settins but i am new to ppc so would love some help.
I have set up the gprs settings and mms settings ( so i thought) and can create a mms and it connects to the gprs connection, but just sits there saying sending, but it does not go anywhere. the sim card iam using was in my old and trusty nokia 6600, and mms worked fine on that, so i know its activated on my sim.
Please please can someone help , i have read about setup rooms but as yet not found any, not knowing what they can do.

So you have T-Mobile and you cannot send an MMS message on your HTC?
Hmmm I have this problem also.
Im on three network and have set the phone up with all the settings but I really struggle sending mms. I compose the mesage but when I try to send it it just stays in my outbox. It tells me its connecting to my network but thats as far as it goes.
Any suggestions anyone?

thats it basically u need internet for the phone to fully work. that sucks.
i can recieve pictures but i cant send them idk y like i send one and it says its waiting or the message is not downloaded or something like that im trying on handcent and its not working my connection is good nothing wrong with it so please help me out thanks in advance
if your confident the settings are correct and you've rebooted your device the chances are the network isn't sure what your handset is and is refusing to accept or deliver the messages.
do you get nay error messages? I'd check with the network your using - I work for UK network and they initially allowed picture messages from the N1 but ti stopped shortly afterwards because the imei isn't on a recognized list and they send them to web portal that i can access, this is pretty standard for most networks when using unaccredited devices - give them a call...
