Most stable&fast rom? - XPERIA X1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I need an advice.
I want to sell the phone so I'm asking for currently best available rom in terms of stability (and speed on 2nd place)?
Thanks

I think the best is 826x Series... check the lastest message in the official 3d for the newest download link

For me its Christian Lite ROM.
Tried probably all others ROMs.

Try the new Russell Eclair - Base ROM or WPure (But I haven't tried WPure.)
I have tried Base ROM for 2 days and it's awesome. Very fast, stable, no freezing so far.
The Base ROM has no sense, SlideView, Panel, nothing. I feel like to have virgin Windows Mobile.

Hi, Thank for reply. SEX1 ROM is PURE but cooked base on OS WM6.5 build 21500. I also tried Wild Child Rom "WCX Series 23004 Pure XPERIA-NCE" this rom is the stable and best rom but bundled alot of Sony Junk application.

I STRONGLY recommend you to NOT download Xperio, because in my opinion it makes your everyday use quite hard.

Why do you think what?
I tried 2 different version now and both made using my phone pretty hard (maybe it's just me though) I'd rather recommend Valkyrie his other ROm..that one is really stable
i also tried Valkyrie Xperio. This rom is stable, but still pre-install alot of applications.
Hy Im searching also a nice win 6.5 ROM , but compatible with Spanish .
Any sugestion ?
THx
hmmm
no one has a 'bare'/lite 6.5 rom with manila and panels? (optional htc components welcomed)
but removal of all other unessacary apps?
or can someone point me to the best kitchen to build one?
Hoong2001...the rom I did doesnt have a "lot of sony applications"...in your request for a rom...it says 6.5+R3a OEM...only thing really sony is the opera and handango....how much more plain do you want?
Regards,
WC
Remove Opera, and Hangago will prefect..
add remove programs uninstall opera....handango is just an internet shortcut.
Regards,
WC
Thank You WW.. Lastly i cooked a ROM myself.

Xperia x1 best rom

I'm looking forward to install a good version of rom. I'm having trouble with the moded roms, they are very laggy, short battery life and i'm losing satellite signal when driving and using gps maps (garmin, igo etc.). I would like to know if there is possible to install the very original version of the rom or at least a fast, tested version, with good radio drivers.
Asked a million times....short answer is, there is no "Best" rom, depends on what you want...and trust me there are a lot of options, so browse around and read a lot. XDA are great at helping, but they would like people who also can help themselves...and dont forget to donate if you find something you love
If you don't mind WM 6.1, then get the stock R3A ROM. Still the best X1 ROM out there in terms o stability, speed, and battery life

Cm7. stupid answer to a stupid question.
In this moment i use JVU and is stable! I recomend that!
You will flash a JVwhatever, notice that they cannot compete with AOSP roms like CM7 or MIUI and flash back.
I recommend, in aim of saving time, to stay on MIUI.

Thats why i wrote that its a stupid question. Cause such questions tends to get people back to the same old fight between cm7/miui/samsung based roms.
i think you won't find the "best" jvz rom. they are all different and have all some problems, but thats android
btw i think DoctorzRom and S.U.R.F.A.C.E. are very stable and good

isnt galaxy droid a GS2 ROM? if yes, isnt this a GS1 forum? if no, can you send me the link?
Once you try tornado you will never look back
Simplicity is the best Gingerbread ROM ever for our Sammy..
The last release (yesterday) is 2.1 based on JVZ..cool!
But BLN doesn't seem to work for sms..any suggestions?
10 answers, and ten different advice.
Some about CM7, forgeting to remember you how bad battery life is,
some about their own rom ( I let you judge if their opinions are really relevant ^_^ )
And others about random roms.
So I won't give you any advice, except that you have to try them all and find the one that fits your needs.
You could trust some developpers more than some others, but it's not so easy as many "old and known" developpers do not behave, to my mind, as real gentleman, and troll a lot (and i'm not only talking about $omator ...)
Good luck, and welcome back to the jungle of random quality rom
this is a good rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1388342 based on JVZ

1) It's been freaking ages since the last major update
2) Everything doesn't work. It lags a lot on 3D games like Nova 2. I have done quite a few comparisons between Darky and Ficeto stock, and Darky always lagged during explosion scenes.
3) Love the dev (been a supporter of his since dark Steel version), but frankly his rom is no longer the best atm. Can't blame him though. He's moved onto the Galaxy S II.
what rom would you recomend

Best Stable ROM

Dear All,
I'm just wondering what is the best stable updatable ROM for Sony Xperia Z1?. Also, if there is Stable Kernel with suggested ROM will be great.

There is a rom in the making which is exactly that. Even though it is still in beta right now, it is silky smooth. It might hit XDA sooner or later, so keep an eye out for it on the development sections.

Do you prefer stock based (better camera and stability)? AOSP (5.1) based (fast and responsive, average camera and fewer bugs than 6.0 ROMs)?

In fact I don't care what the ROM based from [emoji1] .. At the end, am just looking for something works fine with NO much issues and with much stabilities than others, of course with battery performance consideration as well.
Could you please provide me with the URL.

[Rom] Updated July 8 AOSP Jaguar LP 5.1.1 OFFICIAL-HYPERTOOL 5.X
Always updated, really stable, fast, secure and packed with features.
But you need an unlocked bootloader (if you have not unlocked yet please remember to backup your DRM keys).

Thanks buddy, I'll look into this ROM. Do you think that I need to look for custom Kernel to work with this ROM or no need.
I can suggest the combination from my signature. It is very stable. Another very stable and good ROM is DStrikerZ1.
