Did you try the new version? You can disable the background. It's running very good for me now ... not perfect but it's playable.
Raging Thunder lags like crap. Our Heros dont seem to be made for games or the hardwares are not utilised. The only games that work fine are those crappy 2d games and some 3d ones like, speedx.

Pool break (Pro or Lite) is one of the best game I played on my Hero! This game is so realistic and really smooth, I was surprised that the hero could run a such game!

NFS Shift works nicely for me using elelinux 2.1 ginger

can anyone give me normal, playable Texas Holdem poker? I need offline game.
I purchased the backbreaker THD made specially for Tegra 2. Freezes before game play begins.
Anyone have luck with Backbreaker or any games made specially for Tegra ?
I am running Calkulin+Clemsyn 1.5ghz Froyo Combo. Have not had any other apps not work. Love it.
never had any issues with Backbreaker on any of the HC roms or Vegan 5.1.1 for that matter.

Its that version of it. Version 1.1.1 has constant freezing. Version 1.1.0 runs smoothly. Im running mountain laurel and it looks great and runs great
Yea..just now tried this out. Seems real fun. No freezes. v1.1.0.

I recently installed Galaxy on Fire 2 and Destroy Gunners SP(dunno if that's the right game, similar to Armored Core) and they rock on the O2X. Do you guys have any suggestions for similar games? No Gameloft games, got frustrated on NOVA2 because controls are really messed up, for 3 days I tried it on my cousin's phone and I can't get used to it hahaha Space sims or mecha games are welcome!

Minecraft Pocket Edition & Dungeon Defenders run great on the O2X. DD has better graphics, but both are 3d and run well.
They're a bit different to the ones you mentioned but they're good examples for graphics intensity

Installed Angry Birds, Fieldrunners HD also I tried to install Robot Unicorn Attack but it didint work.
It says i need a flash plugin so I installed flash but nope,wont work.
Also tried NFS shift..wont work..well tell me yours now.

When I push new game it takes me back to menu screen.
Does anyone else have same problem?

I noticed that Vector has terrible performance.
Eternity warriors 2 works pretty good...

what rom are you using if stock unrooted just restart or kill all apps and it should work

I'm using unrooted stock rom. I've tried what you sugested but it didn't work.

New Hexage game Reaper working good ,Radiant ,EVAC HD ,Robotek too ,no graphic bugs. Final Fantasy III & IV ,Chaos Rings too all parts ,Reckless Racing 2 ,I had problems with Shadowgun fc'ing after loading 1st mission ,also most of gameloft games too after some minutes.
