I am trying to install ROM 2.2 on my HTC Floy Hero.
After installing and root recovery, turning on the terminal in the form of support, (Home + Power) terminal screen I get black and red triangle.
In other forums I read so did they.
Someone has solved? How?

Isn't Orange a cell provider in the UK? They would be GSM, right? IF so, you posted the in the CDMA hero section, and it should be in the GSM hero section...

I have installed every thing besides a rom and right before i did the phone is just stuck on the the G1 screen and will not go to boot or the recovery does anybody have any answers for me

Hello guys, I'm very new in this forum, and I have 3pcs. htc G1 from Tmobile U.S.A that I only can do go to TRI-COLOR mode ( by pressing END button + BACK button ) or ( END button + CAMERA button )
I never ever fix any of HTC G1 before so please kindly help me on this process.
all 3 pcs. of HTC G1 are all can do this mode only byHARD reset won't work so I know have to flash it but I don't know how to do it and what flash file or ROM I have to use. I have made GOLDCARD from my sd card already I know that is the first step to do!

I would help but I don't even understand the question lol.
Just copy the DREAMIMG.nbh to the sdcard and start bootloader. It'll install and boot.

ok, let try to explain to be clear
I have 3 pcs. of HTC G1 from Tmobile U.S.A that can only goes to boot mode ( TRI-Color mode ) every time I press regular TURNON keypad it won't work
but when I press END button + BACK button it will go to boot mode ( stripe color ) where it say all version of the HTC G1.
And I do have have called AXEBOX it is unlocking repairing tool for HTC but no one in support team help me how to solve the problem and I made a GOLDCARD ( from SD card ) using this tool.
Now, my problem is that I don't know how to flash ROM for ANDROID PHONES, this is my very first time to encounter a a HTC G1 to repair a software.

I have the ROM flash file on my SD card but cannot flash it from SD card only, I think I need to flash it via usb cable to computer. and every time I plug the G1 it doesn't recognize from my computer even though I have the active synch already
try the link that i showed u.. takes u from rooting, to flshing new rom....and read a lot, u know too little, anything anyone would say, wud confuse u...

sorry... I'm new user. Hope someone can help me on this problem with 3 pcs. G1
Hello guys I manage to repsit one of the G1 that is in my hand by using the sd card with DREMING.nbh and flash it via sd card. The problem now is the other 2 pieces is not responding every time do the procedure it gives me error...
after ( tri-color )
loading....
say NO image file! then goes back to tri color mode!
Any other solutions or how to flash this via usb from computer...

I need advice and comments on fixing my g1, i had my phone rooted and never made this dumb mistake...........i was just expierementing wen i decided to put the newest slide radio on the g1 while in recovery,now its stuck on the screen wer the android dude is withan arrow commin out the box..wat can i do?????
you can try go into fastboot and flash g1 radio again,

Can you somehow get into the bootloader (hold cam button while powering on)?

Then get the correct radio and: "fastboot flash radio radio.img"
If you dont get into bootloader, well you might be really screwed.

Wait... you flashed a Slide radio onto your G1?
Uhhhhh... are they compatible?

i've tried to root my g1 from tmobile.
nothing works!!!
gold card wont work
rom manager wont work.
read almost everything installed al lot of programs.
universal androot wont work.
rom manager hangs several times.
usb debugger is on.
i've got in my menu superuser machtingen. can click it.
works, but no apps will install the recovery.
who nows the answer. i want to have gingerbread or yoshi on it.
apps as wazzup will work with them

i've done that, on the grey menu he say's access denied.
the downgrade wont work. also the goldcard wont work
and oneclick wont work also. so who nows the answer

Stupid question. Which phone do you have? US T-Mobile? Rogers Dream? etc...
Depending on which phone you have. You are required to use a specific nbh file.
IE: dreaming.nbh for US T-Mobile...
There are RC7 and RC29 (if I remembered it right) for different G1 phone.
Also, you will have to format your SD card using FAT partition.

One more thing, if that is what I think it is. It's US T-Mobile, then you will need to use RC29, not RC7. But you have to confirm that first.
