How To Backup Apps
-Go to the market and download and install Titanium Backup
-Load up Titanium Backup and allow super user permissions
-Go into Preferences and change Backup Folder name to external_sd/TitaniumBackup (this will save a copy of the files to your external SD card for restoring after flash) then click back and it will reload
-Now go to batch and select backup all user apps. Select the apps you want and hit run batch (top of the screen) once it is finished (you will know as there is a notification in the drop down that it is done) Double check you external sd for the Titanium Backup folder, if it is there then you are good, if not double check the spelling. Make sure it is an underscore between external and sd. ex. external-sd = Wrong..... external_sd = right so it should read external_sd/TitaniumBackup

by stock earphones you mean earphones without a build-in mic?
Can I use my audio jack (3.5mm) with a simple headphones (no mic!) and still be able to route phone calls through it?

How To Backup Apps
-Go to the market and download and install Titanium Backup
-Load up Titanium Backup and allow super user permissions
-Go into Preferences and change Backup Folder name to external_sd/TitaniumBackup (this will save a copy of the files to your external SD card for restoring after flash) then click back and it will reload
-Now go to batch and select backup all user apps. Select the apps you want and hit run batch (top of the screen) once it is finished (you will know as there is a notification in the drop down that it is done) Double check you external sd for the Titanium Backup folder, if it is there then you are good, if not double check the spelling. Make sure it is an underscore between external and sd. ex. external-sd = Wrong..... external_sd = right so it should read external_sd/TitaniumBackup

Speaking of,
I've read that with Supercurio's new ext4 kernels they are able to be flashed over one another without disabling, is this true? I have used voodoo once with Nero v2 and loved it so much I haven't left it yet, so my voodoo experience is literally one time, haven't even disabled it ever, I know how, but just wondering.

That alternate CWM is built into Supercurio's kernel, so that option probably will be built into most future ROMs seeing as an ext4 kernel is needed for gingerbread ROMs.

Thanks i forgot about that, however the network is being slow today. did a speed test earlier and only getting around 400kbps when normally i get 3Mbps at my desk. its funny how this happened to happen when i want to update so bad. So i'm just gonna wait until i get home.

2.2.9.x Themes will not work with this, I upped the version to 2.3.0.0 instead of 2.2.9.1 because the framework changed (5 lockscreens by Whitehawkx instead of the 4)

Yeah, we will work on porting everything to the newest version asap. It takes a while to port like 15 themes though..
I cant imagine how much time it takes. Thanks for the hard work.

1.You must check if you have an installed recovery. Check this thread.
2.Just download ROM by clicking on the link above.
3.Boot in recovery by turning on phone with VolDown key + Home + Power button pressed.
4.Go to Advanced>Partition SD Card

5.Go into the main recovery menu and select "wipe data/factory reset"
6.Go to Mounts and storage>format /system

Write su and press enter
A window will pop up,you'll have to tap on allow
Then write menu and press enter

NOTE: THEME CHANGER IS STILL IN A BETA VERSION AND MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY. HERE'S A LITTLE TUTORIAL ON HOW TO CORRECTLY APPLY A THEME.
1.Run openScript
2.Select option 22

4.Titanium backup will give you a FC,don't worry,it's OK.

HOW-TO INSTALL ROM
Phase 1(TWRP/CWM Only):
0.You must check if you have root permissions.
FOR 2.2: Download z4Root from SlideME Marketplace,click on "permanent root" and you're done.
FOR 2.2.1/2.2.2: Use this howto.
FOR 2.3.3:Use this howto.
1.You must check if you have an installed recovery. Check this thread.
2.Just download ROM by clicking on the link above.
3.Boot in recovery by turning on phone with VolDown key + Home + Power button pressed.
4.Go to Advanced>Partition SD Card - MAKE BACKUP FIRST!
512 EXT(Do not create it if you do not want a2sd)
0 Swap
Remainder FAT32
5.Go into the main recovery menu and select "wipe data/factory reset"
6.Go to Mounts and storage>format /system
7.Go into the main recovery menu and select "install zip from sdcard"
8.Select "choose zip from sdcard"
9.Select update-openOptimus-build-X.XXX-thunderg-ciaox-signed.zip (X.XXX are the build numbers)
10.Go into main recovery menu and select "reboot system now"
11.Wait at least 4-5 minutes,first boot may take a while,don't panic.
12.Android will say "Force close of settings.apk,don't worry,just follow phase 2.
Phase 2(FOLLOW ONLY IF HAVING OLD BASEBAND):
0.Download LGMDP tool + new baseband from download section.
1.Download 7-zip from the download section and install it.
2.Extract P500-baseband-V20G.zip (right click on file-7zip-extract here)
3.Download LG Drivers from the download section and run the downloaded exe file.
4.Click on "install usb drivers" and from phone models list double click on "LGP500"
5.It will ask you to install them. Just say ok.
6.Download Msxml.msi from download section and install it
7.Reboot your PC
8.Connect your phone and DO NOT activate usb archive
9.Go to Start menu and right click on "My computer",then click "Manage".
10.Click on "Device manager",expand "Modems" and right click "LGE Virtual Modem".
11.Click on "Disable".
12.Run LGMDP-v1.5.exe from the extracted folder
13.Click on download,select port.
14.Click on connect button
15.Click on Image folder button and a window will open. Just navigate to the extracted folder.
16.Also new windows will open,just click ok.
17.Close the window
18.Click on download button

Launch Terminal emulator
Write su and press enter
A window will pop up,you'll have to tap on allow

A: No. You can't install it via AmonRa Recovery,only ClockworkMod Recovery is supported. Download it here.
Q: How can I correctly a2sd?
A: Download this. Then download a2sdGUI from the Market,and tap on "Apps are on internal storage". Then open Terminal Emulator and give su and a2sd cachesd.
Q: My phone doesn't boot after flashing the ROM.
A: Reflash it and be sure to have ClockworkMod Recovery and be sure to wipe all. If the problem persists,remove the battery and restart the phone.
Q: A2SD/Data2SD doesn't work/phone doesn't boot after flashing it.

Installation:
-Firstly you must have rooted + CWM installed (you can flash over any rom)

-If lagfix enabled(only for samsung based gb roms) then disable it...

maybe i can say same as cm9 build13 because builded on this rom.
this looks be be a .zip full 'o fun!! especially since i dont see a "what doesnt work" or "known issues" section in the OP.....cant wait to try this puppy, thanks for sharing.

^^yah i was wondering the same thing, what sets this aside from the other ICS roms? is it just the theme/apks?
not crtiticizing, its just good to know. the first hash says the base is teamhacksungs ICS, so im led to believe its a themed version of that, with some personalized goodies included, but no difference in OS function.
if im wrong im sure the dev will let us know. flash and find out i suppose!!
It looks the same like a rip from other ics build but with Nova launcher and some miui and sgs2 Widgets added...

you are almost right This isn't a port. it is based teamhacksung b13 that i write at the top of op.
On other hand there is only two base port rom onecosmic and cm9 we can use.
The others(Vibrant Passion, SGS MyICS, SGS SURFACE and my rom also...) builded on that two roms. And these roms makes different choises avaliable to users And my think all off them good roms also.
i think it is clear and ok then.

1- Stock CM9 Camera
2- MIUI Camera
3-Camcorder Shortcot and this not a camera app. This is a quick shortcot for video recording...

working fine fast and smooth no force or anything had a couple of incoming calls and had no problem seens like the mute unmute is not in this rom.this is one of the best ics rom i have try. thanks Vibranturk ,thanks to bringing such a great rom to the vibrant .
I see there's sip voip support. Is that same thing as wifi calling for T-Mobile? I hope that is what it means
