Hi everyone,
I know you can get a live wallpaper called 'many' for the Samsung Galaxy S, which shows the music being visualized and the animation framerate and look of the visualization is quite nice. However, when I'm in the stock music player, the visualization in that seems quite 'laggy'. Is there any way I can change the stock player's visualization, or, increase the framerate so that it doesn't look to 'laggy'?

No doubt... I'm getting a little tired of watching my EQ bars jumping up and down on my Captivate. I've been searching around for some other kind of stock music player visualization package or something... I can tap it and it shows a mirrored image... I'm running Froyo.UCJI6 (initial leaked version), Kernel 2.6.32.9. Any ideas or suggestions would be great! I really don't want to run an application on top of the music player just to see some kind of visualization so a mod would be great.
My "Media Screen"
Get LauncherPro (for the icons on the right...the dock) <- Not necessary, but cool
Put the Pandora widget on the top row (to control Pandora streaming music from the screen)
Put the Music Player Pro widget on the bottom (to control local SD card music)
Set the wallpaper to the "Live" wallpaper called "Spectrum"
Use a Clingo device to mount on your desk (I have one) or in your car (got one of those too)
Boo-yah!

Is there a full screen visualization app out there like Winamp has on the desktop?
I would love to have some funky stuff going on while playing music.
I know there is a Live Wallpaper kind of thingy, but I am not always playing music.

Looking nice music widget that works with this Walkman Player.
Hi. Is there some music player that have widget with big playlist window ( that I can see all my songs) and cotrols - something like aimp or winamp for windows? Only widget that I found is original android audio player. Is there no other player like that available? Even power amp does not have widget like that?
There are a few problems I am having. First the stock music app does not sort by album when you click on artists. So I have been using a third party music app, VLC or Black Player.
Neither of these 3rd party apps display music controls or album artwork on the lockscreen.. is there a way around this? Either a lockscreen app or a different music player?
I tried making BP the default music player but that didnt solve it. I think Huawei is known for not supporting this?
Nils lockscreen notifications + xperia music app (available here on xda, not in the play store) works great.
