Actually it is called circle launcher. I meant the dock which has the app draw, phone, etc. quick launch buttons. It has been found anyway.

APP DOCK

Open Home has a really sick app dock, now if you have a custom theme you and you want to use a custom clock then open home is not an option. I am asking if someone can make a widget just like or very similar to that dock. PLEASE..... its a need in the "rooted community".

Sorta
aHome is fixed at the very bottom while Open Home has a slide out dock where you can add as many apps as you want and slide it back and forth.
He wants a widget where you can have different docks though out the screen.
Have a dock widget on each line to reduce clutter on the desktop.
According to what Sistum said. I believe Sweeter Home has this option although it's still in beta. I don't know if I spelled the name right though.
there is one- sort of- a widget by bratag.
i want a live folder with most recent apps (like launchbar)...

[REQUEST]Application Dock

Hi,
I've been searching for an application dock to put it on the Home Desktop and Place some Icons on it.
Is it possible to do something or is there something about that in the market??
I've buyed the GDE Home Replacement. There is something about that, but I can't take it to Hero's rosie....
Could anybody help, please?
You might try Launcher Dock.
Its a single Icon on the desk top that opens a spring board which will hold 8 items. You can put just about anything on it, and you can use icon packs to change the look.
I think is better Apps Organizer.. you can handle different folders, change the icons, set favourites and so on.. try it!

But GDE dock doesn't run at rosie.

[Q] Motoblur Dock

I have a Motorola Defy, but I'm using a different, non-official ROM, that comes with Launcher Pro. My question is, if I can switch my dock to the Motoblur dock, since I really like it.
Thanks for your answers.
Can't be done. The dock is tied to the launcher app, therefore you must use Motorola's launcher app, not launcherpro.
Also please post in the suitable section next time. This is a subforum for themes

Thanks for the answer, and sorry for posting here..
If your using Launcher Pro you can just get a dock that looks like motoblur and apply it in the preferences.
I would check out HELauncher. When installed, press menu, and click customize. Navigate to Blur or Ninja (not sure which runs on the Defy) and press Apply. The motoblur style is from the newer versions, not like the Devour and Cliq.

HeLauncher From the Market is the best for you.

Yeah but the problem is, that in Launcher Pro you can only use their own icon for the app drawer..
I'll try the HeLauncher, thanks
Edit: Nevermind, I succeeded doing that with Launcher Pro, I took the dock that lesa gave me (thanks lesa) and in the 2 right spots I put contacts applications with a 72x72 icon that I made, that is actually nothing, a png file so you cant even see it, same with the 2 left ones and the middle
Thanks!

Terranalon, please, write in few words how did you succeed with this dockbar in LauncherPro :good:

[Q] Slide out app drawer

I've searched through the forums, and I can't find an answer to this question:
Is there an app (or part of the framework.. or whatever is the appropriate area) that would allow me to get the look of the Android 1.6 app drawer with its slide-up/slide-out/pull-down feature? I had found one a while back (I don't remember the name.. something with panda in it, maybe), but the app was a full-fledged launcher with the drawer and the launcher wasn't any good.
I know it's a little nitpicky, but I like the UI idea of physically opening a drawer to see all my apps. If there's a way to extract it from 1.6 and drop it in, that would be ideal, but I'll admit I know next to nothing about how the Android system works.
On a side note, I'm running GB on Mosaic with Talon's kernel (at the moment), if that is of any use.
Thanks in advance, even if the answer is no.
i need same thing to, i think is called slide drawer if you find/found it please let me know (for now i found only launchers witch change all things)
The panda laucher you were talking about would be called panda home if that helps any.

Thanks. I couldn't remember the name.
Yeah, that's it - Panda Home has a drawer style called "1.5 drawer", and it's exactly what I'm looking for.
Now I need to figure out how to get that same functionality out of the Android source.
Well, not me per se - I don't know how to do that.
So I guess at this point I ask politely if there are any Android wizards out there who know how to extract the app drawer out of an old version of Android and make is something that could be dropped in a current version.
The "Tag Home Launcher" is what you are looking for. It features a slide up app drawer like in Android 1.6. Only the design of the drawer knob is a litte bit different. I'd like it to be exactly as the one in Android 1.6 but I could't get that. Tag Home is as close as I got.

Thanks for the heads-up on that launcher. It's got the drawer I'm looking for, but it looks like the same issue as Panda Home - it's part of a launcher. I'm looking for something that could either be used as a widget in place of the app drawer for whatever launcher I'm using.
The more I think about it, maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Perhaps it would be best for me to point my request at the makers of the launcher I like, and see if they can implement it into the launcher (horse before the cart and all that). If anyone has any more ideas, I'm definitely interested, but I think this might be a moot point.

I don't remember if someone eventually did it, but the devs were working on a installable moto circle widget. Last I checked, they didn't get it to work, but search the forums to see if they did.
Edit: check this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2936056
one more clock
One more clock on the play store is the closest thing I can find. Pretty cool you can assign 8 different spots to apps when u click on it.
