Used to have the htc 8525, had the htc home page plug, and weather worked perfectly.. tap the weather icon and boom! there it was.
Now with the tilt, Dutty Rom, HTC home.... weather isnt pulled untill i tap the icon, then the "Attempting to download data"... wait 7-10 seconds... and then i have weather.
Any chance i can get it back to an auto download? I have that option turned on in options, but doesnt seem to do any good.
I've wondered the same thing. You gotta have the tab active to auto-download, which isn't at all convenient....

just installed soulife.rogers.v2.9.2.extended and I get the homescreen on the RIGHT instead of in the middle as usual... anyway to fix it back? Tried dxtop just now and it gave me the same sort of behaviour!

You talking about the clock and stuff? Just place everything where you want it.
i mean when you hit 'home' it goes to the screen on the RIGHT ... you have to scroll left twice to get to the third screen...

mine does that too now and I'm on cm 3.9.11.2. It goes to whatever screen my seach widget is on.
That happened to me once but then I realized I had five homescreens...
I've heard of people having issues after flashing from one rom to a different if they did not clear the widgets off their home before flashing.

It's not unusual (sorry but your name, c'mon how could i not?)
When i used to use OpenHome there was always an option in the settigns to configure which screen acted as the home screen.

Ok...when i start my phone, while the SE logo is seen, the screen is black with the logo onit. but hthe top two corners are a little different in colour...(not black) like a little green.
BUT, once the phone starts, all is fine..no matter what screen i enter..even the white fish panel is normal...
Is it because of excessive use of the start and task bar buttons on the two sides??
ALSO I use the silver left tab key for the start bar. but i cant find a close button..the silver right button only closes the window, but the program running in the background....any way to solve this....
Okay. So if the colours only appear when it boots, and nothing else, you dont have a problem. At all really. Maybe the logo decided to get funky.
And when you quit the program, some apps do decide to stay open, use the task manager to close them for good.

Is it just me or is level 10 of the cosmic box impossible to get all 3 stars? The gravity button goes off screen before the bubble even clears the spikes.
I'm using a galaxy s.

You have to try and hit the button just as its going out of view, then knock the bubble a bit further with the air blower so it sinks to the star at the bottom. Then pop it and win
Hope this helped, I just woke up so I dont know if I'm making any sense.
what you want to do is, before you blow the candy clear with the last balloon...make you have the gravity on opposite (so the bubble is floating down)...you may have to hit the gravity button a few times before hitting the last balloon to get the timing right.
if you do this correctly, you will be able to hit the last balloon to clear the spikes, your bubble will float downward to get the second star, and once you get that you can pop the bubble, and the candy will fall skyward to grab the third star and into the monsters mouth
