I rooted my phone (Milestone) with the SuperOneClick method, but it seems that that isn't enough to flash custom ROMs, and I need to use OpenRecovery to flash custom ROMs. I'm trying to follow this guide but the link for Recovery-Only SBF for Milestones with firmware 2.1 is down. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of that? Thanks

Why would you want to use the deprecated version? That guide needed an update more than a year ago already .

Please help I have searched everywhere and cannot find a link for a recovery based off skrilax 1.14OR I know it's really outdated but I would like this version for the shear fact I can't flash motofroyosense properly from any of the newer ones.

After I downloaded OR 1.14 I was still stuck at the M. I guess the rom is just broken because .21 of MFS will install but it don't have all the fixes .25 has. Thanks again, and sorry for the double post

Install got 2.2.1 using rsdlite and then try MFS 0.25. It should work.

Got open recovery is quite old.. u could use minimod instead

you have to download the zip,extract it,and put it on the root of your SD card.then reboot on recovery,apply "update.zip" if it's necessary then search for root device,or rooting and that's it.

The UNROOT
If you wanna unroot your device, why so ever, the easiest way is to use Unlock Root (Link above) open it, connect your phone via USB, enable Debugging Mode and click unroot. If you wanna unroot it, e.g. to be able to send it back to LG on warranty, better use the method below, to unbrick your device with R&D tool.
Because like this, you will get back an unrooted device, which has also been hardresetted. So LG will hardly/never get a clue, that it has ever been rooted.
Dont forget to format your SD card as well

That's from my how to, but I think I should correct this. Use Smartflashtool and flash the latest version available for you. Do a factory reset from within settings menu and everything should be fine

i rooted my i9305, now they got a new 4.1.2 update via OTA however, because of root i cannot do the OTA update. Have found the firmware at samfirmware but i cant seem to download on hotfile. Any kind souls can help link to other server.

Why do you want an old Chinese ROM? The XXX.16 ROMs are newer (707 is the region).
Folks,
I know it is an old rom, but I need this RUU as my phone comaes with this version.
I need a copy of it so that I can get back to stock easily when I need to even though I have a Nandroid backup of it before running ARHD.
Anyone could help to download?
