It's just an animation. The kernel loads when you turn on your phone.
You missed what he said.. in the animation you put "Loanding" and it should be "Loading"

Not Much to improve realy maybe try changing the font in which hebvillain is written in
ok.. i know its your first and you're probably all self concious about it, but why would anyone want a bootscreen that says HebVillain? Wouldn't you rather make one that paople want and find attractive?
This is my first boot animation, and first ever contribution. This animation was originally made for the Mytouch Slide, but it will work on any HVGA device such as the Hero.
Here's a .gif of it, except the color slides at the end loop until your device boots.

I am in the process of making a MegaMan X bootanimation, but I got "bootanimation-ers block" and can't think how to conclude it. Any suggestions are very welcome.

I think I am going to make a whole series of these boot animations. I posted this on reddit, and I have to make one where MegaMan fights and obtains the android guys power. I really like that start screen idea though. Very slick!
I've been searching all over for a boot animation in which the Honeycomb bumble bee is spinning/rotating on the horizontal axis. Does anyone know if something like this already exists? If not I'm going to take a stab at creating one.
