Looking for hw schematic for the zio - Kyocera Zio M6000

I was wondering if anyone's run across a hardware schematic for the zio?
It'd be nice to see the inside components without having to take the phone apart.

Screen glue has distorted my screen

Hey guys, I need a screen resizing tool. The glue that holds the screen in place had bulged out a little bit on the left side of my screen and is distorting the touch sensitivity and viewing area. Can I size my screen a little smaller to make it narrower so I can see everything?

If it's a hardware defect, take it to Sprint and get it repaired or replaced. I cant think of any app that does what you request though, sorry.

Scrap :/ my phone was water damaged and its a possibility that's what brought on the glue issue and sprint said they have no responsibility for it. Ugh screw them. Thanks anyways though.

RFDC chips

Is it possible for the android phones to pick up on the rfdc freq chips? I heard there was a virus going around the market that once installed would read the chips and send that info to hackers.
Anyone have anything on this?

Does anyone know how to fix the audio...

My captivate audio die it's not the ROM because I flash 5 different ones but the problem is the it comes and goes I have to give it a tap in the back so it could work... But it's more technical then a software issue...

I've read on here on more than one occasion, that the speaker on our phones can come loose, and removing the back cover and pushing firmly in on the speaker will re-seat it. Give it a shot! Hopefully this helps.

It's a consistent issue with cappy's. Looking at the back of the phone with the cover off, the screw on the right side of the speaker is frequently over-tightened during assembly by the manufacturer, thus causing the left side to lift and randomly break connection. If you press to re-seat it and continue to have problems, try backing the screw out about a 1/2 turn (counterclockwise) and try again . Just don't back it out too much or you have the same problem. Good luck!

I will try it in the morning to see how it goes...

Glad it worked for you. I use the music player a lot and cannot stand for the speaker to cycle on and off like that. Anyways, enjoy!

Bad usb port?[SOLVED]

I don't know what happened but, now my G1 no longer charges. The indicator light doesn't come on and it doesn't show the battery itself charging when I'm looking at the screen. Has antone else had this problem and how did you fix it? Thx in Advance.

replace the daughterboard, hard to find by itself but you can get a broken g1 off ebay cheap that has a cracked screen etc. and swap the board, fairly quick and easy.

Replacing the one's battery plate?

Anyone know of its possible to replace the back plate of our phones? Or even replace the whole metal part to a diff color or just replace a beat up one? Tired searching but nothing comes up...

Look at iFixit teardown.
It's almost impossible to disassemble that phone without damaging it.

Unless you have a "Special Tool"

Hopefully that tool will be available to consumers

You can acctually get all the tools needed for a tear down. The only thing is they are not specific for the HTC one. For instance it uses an Iopener tool for the Iphone/Ipad to get in to the device. But I wouldn't advice trying it if you don't have some kind of repair expieriance as HTC's are notoriusly difficult to get back together
Check this teardown out which has the list of tools you need. And you should be able to get it replaced without the 'Special HTC Tool' that everyone is talking about
But then again I really wouldnt advice doing it. But thats just my opinion, and I have 2 years of level 3 repair work
