[Q] Xposed Version

I have a problem with the current last version of Xposed Framework. Not working on my Huawei P6 with B635 ROM . Older version work fine but some modules not work with that older version. Any suggestion?

Modules not working on Xperia SP w/ v80 sdk22 xposed

I flashed the v80 sdk22 xposed to my Xperia SP after installing xposed alpha 3.0 it detected that the framework is installed and active then I download Xinsta module to download instagram photos/videos, activated it and rebooted my phone to make it work but when I checked on my instagram it has no download option upon pressing the ... on photos/videos in instagram...
I also tried other modules and it doesn't work also :/
I am using CM 12.1 latest Lollipop nightly rom w/ Helium v5.0 kernel.

Which version of the Xposed framework would I use for kitkat 4.1?
Are all of the latest versions backwards compatible?

You could either use the one from the Xposed repo or - if the official didn't work - use the one from this thread that fixes compatibility issues with latest security fixes on Android KitKat.
The newer versions for Lollipop/Marshmallow won't work on KitKat.

i am looking for module with rtl8821au wifi driver support
pixel experience kernel version 4.14.180
i made kernel headers with PE kernel source https://github.com/PixelExperience-Devices/kernel_xiaomi_sweet
but module https://github.com/aircrack-ng/rtl8812au/ is not compiling using the kernel headers.
i thought of doing dkms install or build kernel headers within the rom, but did not work
need help
