Dell Venue 8 miracast?

I have a windows 8.1 dell venue 8 pro. There is no way to connect micro usb to hdmi to tv that includes sound. I understand the dell is miracast compatible. (whatever that is). Is there any way to mirror streaming xfinity video from my venue 8 pro to my samsung smart tv using miracast or any other means you know of? Thanks!

Venue 7 - jellybean to windows 8 OS

I am specifically interested in getting rid of Jellybean OS & replace with Windows 8 on a Dell "plain vanilla" Venue 7 tablet.
Is there an exact procedure -- if even possible?
I could be wrong but I'm not familiar of any procedure existing, I'd sell that and get a Venue 8 Pro, they aren't pricey at all these days, especially used.

Nokia 8 vs nokia 7 plus

Hi guys.i am in a dilemma.i want to buy a nokia phone which one do you prefer for buying?7 plus or 8?actually price of both of them are the same in our country but 7 plus is a little more expensive. Android pie is enough for me and as i searched a little, android q doesnt have lots differences versus of pie.
I don't know about Nokia 8, 7 plus have manufacturing defect so be prepared to maybe get a defective screen and for sure you will have to change the usb c port before 1 year, sometimes even after 3 months.
