There is russian guide on that page, it is said to use unofficial utility to flash the firmware.
Author of that thread doesn't want to flash it in his phone.

Our company’s MS Exchange Server is provided with our own (home-made) security certificate. Can you please advise whether I will be able to add our own ROOT certificate (i.e. the file xxx.cert) to the MTeoR so I can synchronize the MTeoR with our Exchange Server. If yes, can you also provide complete instructions on how to install security certificates for the MTeoR.
I already have HTC Mogul PPC-6800 (CDMA, from Sprint in US) and was earlier able to download our security certificate into the Mogul without any problems, but the Mogul’s OS is Windows Mobile 6. I also read several articles in the Internet that the MTeoR’s security settings may prevent me from installing security certificates. Received response from HTC EU. They tell “The HTC Meteor has the capability for installing Certificates and this can be done by using Activesync”. I asked them for more detailed info on how to do that. But perhaps somebody here can also provide me with step-by-step instructions for adding root security certificates to the MTeoR via ActiveSync?

Just copy the certificate to the device thru active-sync. Open file explorer and open the certificate. It will then install it self.

Snutten74, thanks, but I already tried that and the phone tells that I do not have permissions to install the certificate. Shall I run SP_AllowCertificateInstall.xml first? I found this file in the Internet and as far as I understand it will allow to install certificates and / or any other applications for the MTeoR. What do you think? Your every advice will be very appreciated.
I already copied the SP_AllowCertificateInstall.xml to the MTeoR, started it, switched the device OFF & ON and then again tried to add the certificate. But I still do not have permissions to install the certificate. What I did wrong?

I found myself what I did wrong - Because SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab seems to me as a zip file I unziped SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab before I transferred it to the device and, of course, its unziped version SP_AllowCertificateInstall.xml did not work. Post #26 by alictait from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285344&page=3 helped me to understand that.

если у тебя установлен ВМ2005 на смарте и ХП на ПК, все очень просто, запускаешь на старшем брате mmc затем (или сразу) certmgr, выбираешь нужный сертификат и экспортируешь его в формате base64, берешь полученный файл и кидаешь его на смарт, запускаешь через проводник и отвечаешь на вопрос ДА, естественно предварительно разлочив смартфон утилитами которых навалом в этой ветке (regedit2stg (first-change RAPI alows in Policy (1001=1), next start unlock sda are HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies]

Далее настраиваешь Активсинк на сервере Эксчендж открываешь на нем порты устройств и async.server.domen где сервер твой и домен твои...
настраиваешь в смарте сервер эксчендж на адрес который тебе скажет админ эксченджа за бутылку пива...
В висте установку сертификатов на смарт можно делать через менеджер подключений "Установить сертификаты на девайс" либо так же через certmgr

if you just flashed, i sometimes have that problem, but realise it is because the date and time are incorrect on the device.
Try set the correct Date and Time and Time Zone. (Always works for me) hope that helps.

I have a samsung a33 5g device and I want to install a suitable gcam for my device, is there any recommendation?
@Sebasem2065 , @GamerHero A33 5G doesn't support the original gcam because it's camera2api capabilities are limited i.e no raw/dng support. You can try the gcam go version which by the way doesn't support astro mode but has basic photo modes. You can use DeepSkyCamera app for astrophotography. It supports 30 seconds shutter speed. I am attaching the astro images which I took with deepskycamera app.
Try ZGcam. Maybe it will work on your device.
I would be grateful if someone could tell me the best GCam port for A33 5G
