Hey App Fans,
Iv'e seen multiple articles showing a new app call videosurf that will record a video and tell you what the movie is along with other things. Its similar to soundhound or shazamm app but with movies and tvshows.
Has anyone been able to get this app? If so, can someone please send me a download link? I hear it's free on the market, but I have yet to find it on the market.

That brings up app not found for me. I had found that link when i searched to but it was broke. Maybe its a location thing?
Where are you located? I'm in the US. Could you upload the apk for me here or to dropbox? It would be very much appreciated!

My bad. Didn't have my phone on me at the time. It's not working for me either. And I've tried emulating SIMs from the US and Australia. No luck. Maybe an email to the devs? They might have borked something while submitting it to the market.

If I knew who the devs were I would but I don't have there information. This app looks sweet though.

I saw that but that hasbt stopped anybody from hacking it to work with other phones before.

Yes you are correct. Someone if challenged could probably get it to work for other carriers, however, I was answering the question as to why you cant find it on T-Mobile market or in my case the Sprint Market. I quoted the wrong quote. Sorry for the confusion.

So it is... I didn't watch the whole vid. Looks exactly like PhysX though until it interacts with the icons.
It's seeds of life..little sperms...I have it but never use it.

Haha Lol... funny thread. Great app - they're not all functionally similar, so keep trying until you get a robust one for your setup.

there's a free version in the apps section here somewhere back. try searching and it should come up pretty quickly (if i knew the link offhand, i would just link it). it was made by some guy that was forced to stop publishing it due to a shady lawsuit put out by the makers of the "city id" that comes with the phone. yay for shady software patents.
any idea for other markets to download from, the stock market keeps banning good apps that i actually use ?

There a few out now, but none that are really that great. There is supposed to be an App Store coming soon that is hosted by none other than the Cyanogenmod team. This app store is expected to be the home of the "Google banned" apps so keep an eye out for that. I don't think it is up yet, but it sounds like this is what you and many others have been waiting for.

There is a trick ppl on the nexus are using to get verizon banned apps. Give me a few and I'll find the link to the instructions
