Very very bad question, yes I know but still...need some help please

I am now using a official ROM downloaded few months ago @ HTC.COM which is 1.19.
Can somebody advise which ROM should I update to ??
And what's the benefits after I update to new ROMs ??
Please I need some help, thanks so much.

Can some one help me flash my htc one back to stock rom, i need to re-install stock recovery image but dont know were to find it?
can someone send a me link, also i need stock : 1.128.161.7 if anyone can help that would be excellent.

i have the Sensation XL of a friend.
the device is rooted and bootloader open.
my friend want to install STOCK ROM.
