as i know there is two types of Galaxy Tab , Galaxy Tab Wifi 3g and Galaxy Tab Wifi only , is it posible to port / use custom rom to change the Galaxy Tab Wifi only , to make calls as the Galaxy Tab Wifi 3g , CDMA ?
WiFi Tab will only make calls using VOIP solutions like Skype and so forth, since there is no cellular hardware radio to connect to a cellular tower like a regular cell phone does.

The S2 T815 with GSM can but if its WIFI only, it cannot. Viber, or something like it, can make calls via WIFI.
