Thunderbolt Cradle App? - Thunderbolt Themes and Apps

Is there such a thing? And if so is there an apk for it on xda?

I think on the Sense gingerbread builds there is a dock mode. Didn't see one on froyo Sense. CM7 has the clock app as well which serves as dock mode.

How do I access it? I'm on Gingeritis 3D Beta II

It seems that on the new update a desk landscape mode app was included. Is there anyway to have that ripped?

Someone build a program what is designed for sitting at work! Car dock makes no sense to use and neither does the "Clock"

Dock-like app

Hey all, i'm a new user in the world of android and have been playing around with the different roms out there. When I installed the newest version of cyanogen there was this dock like widget/app on my home screen that had controls to turn off wifi, bluetooth, brightness and one other thing that I can't remember. Now that I have installed eClair 5.2 by Laszlo, I don't have the widget and I really want that ease of use. Is there a apk file or an widget in the app market that will give me this functionality?
Thanks
Will
It should be there, it's called Power control
cool, found it, thanks for the help

HTC Clock App for Froyo

Is there any way at all to get the HTC Clock app into Froyo? Not the widget, just the clock app. I want it because it's so much more full-featured than the default Android clock app.
It's seriously the only thing holding me back from going back to CM6. I loved everything else about Froyo.
Any advice? Or does this fall under the "Sense has not been ported over to Froyo" stance? I just want to know if the HTC Clock apk can just be tweaked to run on Froyo as well, since it's not a widget.
I know Regaw is trying to port sense to 2.2, but I use beautiful widgets and launcher pro plus. I would recommend buying these 2 apps and run CM6.

Indeed, I heard he is trying port as well, but I don't quite care about the Widgets. I still have my copy of Fancy Widget (which was/is free) and I bought a copy of LPP. The only thing is that it doesn't solve my issue, I really really like the clock app from sense. It had not only alarms, but a desk clock function, but a world clock, a stopwatch and even a countdown timer. I use all of those pretty frequently.
Actually, maybe, if you're using Froyo, you can rip the Clock apk from a sense rom and see if it runs in Froyo?
download iclock from amith gc found in market. The only thing it is missing is desk clock. Can't find one that isn't for HTC Sense

Well, I can't . The market is down, At any rate, I'm not looking for a widget, I have Fancy Widget, which looks exactly like the HTC Sense Clock Widget, and even let's me configure the tap zones (like saying, tap the clock and launch the clock application).
Problem is, I want that same clock app in Froyo, because then, I can finally leave Sense UI behind.
I too have been looking for the sense clock. I really liked the timer/stop watch it had. I used it all the time. I tried to find the .apk from other sense roms but everything I tried gave me errors and would not run. Some of the .apk's wouldn't install at all. I'm guessing they would have to be ported some how and thats way over my head.

I'm also very interested with this. I totally prefer the HTC Clock over the standard android clock. Timer and stopwatch is a must for me.
im pretty sure the SENSE clock has different framework then the stock android. i could be wrong but yes you would have to use an app to get it.
There's an app 'Stopwatch & Timer' that seems to work fine. I know not everyone wants separate apps but I don't even get cake, let alone the opportunity to eat it too.

HTC clock will not work on cm6, as it is built on the sense framework and cm6 is AOSP. About the best you'll get is fancy widget, though, beautiful widgets is a fine replacement. Sadly, nothing that I've found has all of the functionality of the sense clock. :-(

Sense Clock
If anyone figures this out I want it too. I've been scouring the web for hours since I rooted my phone trying to find the desk clock/world clock/ stop watch/timer/alarm clock...I can't believe no one else has come up with a way to put all of those together in one app...

launcher pro plus question

Loving how it works on the Xoom, except for one thing; my dock is on the side of the screen, instead of the bottom, where it should be.
In portrait mode its fine, on the bottom where it should be; but, when in landscape, the dock doesnt move to the bottom..
Has anyone been able to figure out how to move it, or, is it not designed to be moved?
thanks
It is not designed for honeycomb at all. The application is made for portrait and adjusts to landscape. The application is as intended.
thanks, thats what I thought
I think ADW EX might allow you to have the dock on the bottom in landscape mode; also, I have heard about a new launcher called VTL Launcher, that is supposedly made for Honeycomb..
I love the way you can re-size widgets with LP pro, so its hard to change from it.
FWIW - i like the dock buttons on the side in landscape - its working exactly as it does on my d2g but on the xoom the dock is right next to my thumb, allowing easy access.
i just wish it was in the market so i didnt have to play games to get the apk from the 2.2 to the 3.x device.
yeah, my wife likes it there too; I guess its just a matter or re-training my brain to get used to it!

I thought launcher pro was in the market.. the free version, then you pay a WHOPPING 3 bucks to upgrade it.. did I miss something?
It shows up in the market, and the procedure to buy it is slightly different from when I purchased my (3) copies... but still mostly the same. Download the free version, buy the unlock for 3.49.
Does it not show up in the market for you at all?
You can download the APK directly from him

Dock Mode Useless?Change Widgets In Dock Mode?

I would love to use dock mode sometimes but it seems so boring.I have searched for ways to change the dock mode widgets with no luck.I am able to change the dock mode shortcuts and the wallpaper but i would rather change the music widget to Google Music Widget. My reason is because my google music don't show up on the dock in the default music widget. Is there any way to change the widgets in dock mode
Running stock ICS 4.0 Sense 3.6 locked.I prefer not to use a different launcher.
I too would like to change the music widget out for FriendStream like in GB. Not that I can see it at night, it is just a better widget than the music which, for me, is a big bunch of nothing on the screen. At least FriendStream is something to look at.
I did find other dock mode screens in the market but this is the only one that will go into dock mode if you are coming from the lock screen (with a PIN).
I have ran across some forums that mention Wave Launcher as a nice dock launcher.
I may try it later on when i feel like spending the $1.99 that is cost

I would so like the ability to change the widget on the widget on the dock screen. I am looking at this all day at work. I much preferred the friend stream. Even better would be a photo slideshow.
I would also like to straight up remove the three launch icons on the bottom.
Does any one know if these things can be done?

Sense 4.0 dock background

Zupp guys, so i just extracted the sense 4.0 dock out of a rom and i saw that it was a jpeg and that its rectangular but its supposed to have the smooth round corners so im just wondering if anybody can fix it so i and those how whant the dock can use it? Thanks!
This'll work with any launcher that supports a custom dock. I use LauncherPro.
