no its not , here in germany the LG G2x isnt even available .. the developer has got the P990 , too. I think what you mean is "Am kommenden Donnerstag punkt 00.00 Uhr wird es ein MIUI Celebration HD 2.0.1 Release für alle LG2X Nutzer geben !
Also freud Euch auf morgen !!! " which means that on thursday 0:00 (german time gmt +1) the MIUI will be released for LG 2X (I think he forgot to press the space button ^^ )

That is false (Link in post number 1). We'll have to wait for the official update or cyano's one to have Ginger. I read that LG had sent the last kernel source to Ricardo in CyanogenMod with some blacks. ;-)

It is very difficult to balance family, work and the pleasure of programming, and gutting OS. Moreover Webmaster. I need that the day has 30 hours.
I'm with several projects at once, and one of them was parked because of the V20s, and I am working on it. Her are now testing the batatester

LG"s probably embarrassed at releasing ICS update at near the end of Q4, hence they blocked the downloads #randomjoke

Yeah same, a username and password is required, but if there are testers who are not under the confidentiality agreement they may leak. Just daydreaming =.=

have been all my O2X life, the european FROYO GB and ICS (now )ROMs and I havent faced any issues. Infact I have always used european Basebands and found better reception.
so, I dont foresee any such issues.

Yes it is officialy released, yes it has a locked bootloader and yes you need to root it.
That's why i didn't upgrade yet, want to see what RC will do for CM10, will he decide to use the old bootloader or the new.
The problem here is RC only uses what is officialy released, i think that only if the new bootloader is unlocked by LG, he will use the new BL.

Yes, the V20S/q passed the same, at the end all the ROM were the same, with some other exception
