So guys I am currently on dip7's rom and i would like a better kernel. What is the fastest kernel out there. Tell me quadrant score and generl speed.

I wish I could help, please I think it's because there's moe American tabs sprint verizon etc I'm happy with gingerbread for now once acceleration becomes available on honeycomb I'm going for that

Hi to all...i have darky's v8 rom installed and it's awesome!!but I would like to overclock my device and I'll need to swich to another kernel...can I just flash the new kernel over my rom or doi need to anythinh else before I do that??any help appreciated!!!

Why can't I use SGS Kernel Flasher on my SGS GT-i9000 ? It says "Error: The flashtype of this device is not (yet) supported!"
I'm using the last nightly CM (build 59). I'm on i9000XXJVK.

I think that could be because if you have cm7 you need the nexus s drivers for connecting with the computer and here its possible that the app things that you have a nexus s!
Kernel flasher doesnt support cm7 yet but I do believe it is being worked on
