It can't be fixed from clearing browser data wtf. Logging on through app has no problems but browser is confused.

So I am currently using Youtube version 4.1.23 (the latest version, 4.2.16 is even laggier) and videos sometimes lag as hell. Is there anything I can do for my videos not to lag?

Ever since I switched from the note 2 my Netflix audio has been out of sync with the video, it's driving me crazy. It doesn't matter what wifi network I'm on, or LTE.
Also I can't play play store movies on this phone, just get the 806 error.
I think this is the worst multimedia phone I've ever had (though it might just be my device).
