Which XTC Clip is compatible for bringing the HTC Salsa to S-off mode?

use raskal version of xtc clip, i've tried manole's xtc clip, software can make gold card but booting process failed 'signature incorrect'

lol, now the bootloaders available the clip isn't worth it unless you desperately require s-off

Well thats 4 of us so far then. I think they cost about $150 plus postage so thats maybe $35-$40 each? what do you think guys? We would have to post it around to each other I suppose. I'm OK with that.

i think next week i will release the xtc payg, this is cheap and any one can afford it for those interested.
i am just little buisy at the moment to release it, since i still have to make one more update.

it's hardware, you can't do it with soft for now. it will cost around 25 euro plus shipping and you can s-off one phone with it and you can create unlimited goldcard
in case need more credits those can be purchased via paypal, 1 or 5 credits, or in case have more phones, you can purchase one code which converts your pay as you go clip in an unlimited one.

With the xtc clip, is it hardware specific? Ie will it only work with incredible s? Or will I be able to get s-off on my incredible then buy another credit or whatever later and use it to unlock a Sensation?

The XTC clip is device agnostic, it can download updates for new devices if / when raskal releases them. It can unlock pretty much all known HTC Android devices to date, and can also unlock HTC Windows phone 7 (but you would need to buy an extra cable)

this is not hardware specific, it has 100% same functions like the XTC clip, just it uses credits to do S-OFF, it support all devices supported by XTC clip
a clip will cost between 19-25 euro and will come loaded with 1 credit
even the credit is used up, the xtc clip can be used to generate gold card for some old winmo, for all android and for all windows phone 7 devices

Bought a chinese unbranded silicon case at Ebay for about 3$. Looking good, quality is OK and is very usable, like theres no case at all. I can pick my phone with 1 hand, answer a call or send a text message and all this with 1 hand. It doesn't protect the screen, but I think thats no problem, Im using screenguard (film). Really great protection for the phone.. I already dropped it few times but no signs of any damage, thx to the case
Using IncS for 6 months already and it looks like new unused phone, just from the store.

Thats cool! But I still think that case-mate is the best. They made the tank for iphone. You should see it at youtube.

Hello xda,
Tomorrow I have an appointment to buy a used htc one for 100 euros. I find it hard to believe but he is keen to sell it.
What can I check on the spot to know if it's the real deal or not? It is in used state. Everything works he sais, power button and volume button etc. Just some minor scuffs here and there. I reckon it would be a bargain for a phone like that.
If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

boot to the bootloader
power + Vol-
see if it's tampered/ unlocked/relocked/ s-off
hboot version
test the headphone jack and usb jack make sure it will charge
make a call play some music / check for blown speakers/Mic
the preferred phone would be Locked in the bootloader and Hboot 1.44.000. and No Tampered

I bought the HTC one! Seems a legit one. Hboot 1.44 S on and locked. All intact.
Although it does have a big issue: The purple tint of doom on the camera. Also the headphone jack is cracked.
I'm wondering if this will be fixed within warranty as I bought it secondhand ? (The device still has 1 year of warranty left on it).
