1)Put rom on SD (as usual)
2)Backup your apps with Titaniumm Backup! Its always a good idea to save that bacukup on your PC!!!
3)Go into CWM and do a FULL-WIPE!(wipe cache partition, dalvik cache, and wipe data/factory reset!)
4)install zip
5)reboot
If you're already on "In Paris v4" no need to wipe, just install zip. But... if you encounter any issues, WIPE!!!

You have insanely fast 3g if it's almost done. And no it won't boot.
No boot here either. Thank god for nandriod backups.

No boot for me. Stuck on white HTC Incredible screen. Hboot .92, wiped system, boot, data, cache, dalvik. No dice.
Damn, was really looking forward to waking up and downloading this morning. Sucks that it wont boot. Wonder what is letting it boot on some people's phones and not others.
I got it to boot for me but I had to wipe the boot data in the mounts screen on CWM3
For those having boot issues, try mounting system in "mounts and storage" before flashing and after wiping.
If all else fails, after flashing, go into "Advanced" and "report error". Send me the recovery.log inside the clockworkmod folder on your sdcard.

To use the Backlights init.d script (which was originally included in v1.02):
Use a file manager on your telephone with support for R/W access of /system/* such as ES File Explorer (FREE) or Root Explorer (PAID)
Create a init.d directory under /system/etc so that you have a path /system/etc/init.d/
Rename the attachment below removing the extension".txt" so that it becomes just "88backlight"
Copy the file into /system/etc/init.d/
Reboot
Thanks to Terry's intuitive init.d file you can manage your BLN and BLD without the need for NSTools.

YESSSS!!!! I will definitely give it a go!!! I was just doing my morning run and JUST WHEN I WANTED TO SHARE A PIC on Facebook from the sunrise and BOOM CRASHING and I was supposed to be stock on Brainmaster.
EVERYBODY PUTS "STOCK" in the title of their rom but then when u read the post...Well it is STOCK but it has this and that and this and that and 1 million other tweaks. And then u start discovering how certain things dont work like the Hot spot or the Facebook or something..

I forgot to wipe anything coming from GB ... only realized as it was booting. Nice as it's kept all my GB settings.
Surprised to find the only thing complaining was Google +. Fixed by updating.
It is looking very good; not fast according to quadrant but feels smooth. No green flashes or ghosts at screen switch off. A keeper for a while until CM9 catches up.
Anybody able to confirm 9020a compatibility for me ?

2.open it
3.click no thanks.
4.click my files
5.click "phone internal storage"
6.hit menu button(the left most hardware button on your phone)
7.select more
8.select settings
9.select the second option i.e. file explorer settings.(if u see black text on black background then just try to pree the options to get them highlighted and visible)
10.check the root explorer option
11.click allow in the box that comes
12.hit back button two times such that u are in phone internal storage
13.find data and click it
14.find system and click it
15.press the menu button(the left most hardware botton)
16.select new
17.select "create new folder"
18 this is the most important step so follow it word to word
19.give the folder name "theme"(without quotes)
20.remember---> the folder name should be theme not themes,Theme etc...i mean all the alphabets should be small and write only theme not themes
21.click okay.
22.this should make themes working.if it still dont work then read the above steps again and try again.if u did everything same and still dont have themes working then i cant help u anymore.
23.IF themes work then go to themes and apply the one you like but uncheck the lockscreen because it wont fit our screen.use milocker to use that lockscreen.
24.if by any chance u are stuck at a huge lockscreen which u cant unlock then press back button and volume up button together at the lockscreen to unlock.change the lockscreen to default one as soon as possible to avoid that in future(to be done in themes not in milocker).

It's ULTRA lite and base from 10.1.A.1.434 Generic NL firmware.
Let's start with the fact: I do not have the professional knowledge, I am just advanced user and I did this Rom for "my" self. And everything you will see there is optimized to my taste. People who likes AOSP will be in love. If you like something like this you better
. This rom themed by BlackLine. I see there incredible taste, instead of kindergarten.
The rom is super smooth and "very" fast (You will immediately see from the beginning) with out any tweaks besides zipaligned at boot. (only magic) Why? because I don't like most of them...there is interrupted scrolling and overheat without reason...I'm not even talking about the same bench results.
This rom made only for C6603 and only for unlocked bootloader's (Im sorry)

-BlackLine theme modified up to 10.1.A.1.434.

-Sony stock Launcher Black Edition build in and modified.
-DoCoMo Status Bar v4 build in and modified.

-White balance added.
-Navigation bar now 36 dip. (check screenshot)
-TaskSwitcher modified to black. (check screenshot)
-Added stock jelly bean font. Modified also. (Making look and feel our phone resolution much more higher. Very sexy guys. I love it. )

-wipe cache partition.

Many things fixed and optimized.
-Decrease dialing out delay.
-Disable blackscreen after a call.
-Disable sending usage data.
-DoCoMo Status Bar updated.
-UI sounds modified. (example keyboard sound now from 4.2 AOSP)
-Icon camera changed (thank you 23Six)
-Stock alarm application removed. (Added 4.2 AOSP clock application with 4.2 clock widgets)
-Some apps removed (example "Chrome". Download manually any browser you want)
-Stock AOSP icon's theme apk added for Nova/Apex launchers (I'm still working to figure out why the Fuk icon's smaller with other launchers.)
-Some apps can be removed from app manager (Example: AdFree., etc)

If you don't wont to do a full wipe. DO NOT FLASH IT.

have it installed and i like it. Good work OP, but why is there no SU app included? Also missing the email app, but thats no biggie. Its just i dont like the file system being mounted as rw all the time, would prefer to set it to rw when i need it to be.

It says in OP for unlocked bootloaders only. dont know if that should make it freeze during format of system. But read OP carefully before flashing stuff. good luck
Using it for a few hours now, runs pretty good and had no problems so far.
Liking it pretty good except for the huge softkeys. Had to drop the BlackLine theme because of them. (sadly)
Anyway, keep up the good work!
Edit: Has anyone else been noticing that BE2 seems to work on videos in this ROM?

Reboot
FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ROOTED.
Download V1.5 GL_NOTECORE_HYDRACORE_v4-3b_STD.tar
Flash the file over Odin 1.85 (Click PDA, choose hydracore and press Start)
Your phone will be rooted. Restart and check if Hydracore is installed correctly.
Vol Up, Home & Lock to go to CWM and flash the ROM.

Welcome Natashaa, Nice ROM, but have come across a small problem. After I setup my Google account in settings, accounts, I now can't set up any other account, it keeps asking me to set up a Google account, which is already done. Anyone else got this problem?

About your problem, I've never encountered any, anyone has the same problem as JohnnyK58?
