I have made this to get a bit more knowledge of being a dev (i know that actually making roms is a lot harder)
It's not very good.
It is basically Swiftdroid 2 RC5.
I have done the following:
removed Launcher
Removed FM Radio
Removed Calculator
Removed all themes (will be adding one in next version)
Added GO Launcher EX
Added Spirit FM Radio
Cube Calculator still there (from original)
added Flash 10.2 for armv6

How to install:
Download ZIP
Flash the recovery.img file (it's the one i used)
Copy the folder to your /sdcard/clockworkmod/backups folder
boot into recovery and restore it
wipe user data
AS IT'S BASICALLY SWIFTDROID, THERE IS NO NEED TO ERASE THE DATA IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING SWIFTDROID

It's relatively useable. It depends on your processor. It is quite slow for me.
It's quite hit and miss really.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, it works best with Dolphin Browser HD. I played a miniclip game and it was brilliant. I'll put dolphin browser in the next release (which will probably be on Monday/Tuesday.

I just did an edit in the updater-script, I changed the comma after -("/tmp/boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p3") to a semicolon and it flashed just fine. its booting up right now so Ill let you know
Edit: Booted up just fine and running great
One thing I would like to suggest is to mod the useragent to desktop in the stock browser.

I thought i'd try out CyanogenMod 7.1.0 on my Optimus 2X, so I built myself an update zip (with my MCR optimisations). I wanted to play around with the options so I built myself a kitchen. I turned that kitchen into a normal online kitchen and also into a FREE kitchen. The kitchens are in this topic at MoDaCo. The member kitchen delivers the download instantly, the free kitchen delivers the download links by e-mail, in association with Filesonic. That is the ONLY difference between the kitchens!
If you'd like to see any tweaks or changes to the kitchen feel free to ask, perhaps a few bits from the MCR ROM pulled in might work well. This is just an experiment really... enjoy!

ADW thinks it's a tablet so my first choice is shot.

A little bit of background research got me to it.
I like the theming you did but it's just too soon for me to jump ship on the new ICS launcher. It's an integral part of the new ICS experience.

Personally, I agree, the ICS launcher is beautiful but the choppiness bugs the **** out of me. Can't put up with it. Call me picky but as good as ICS is it was the deal breaker for me to go back to gingerbread. I have a feeling we won't be able to iron that out until an OTA.
Thought about posting a flashable zip or apk from source as an option for people that like the launcher ?

Quite interesting ROM, first time I have heard of it but looks very nice. If a had a credit card I would certainly donate to you for speakers and all developers. I am currently working on a 30W amplifier and found some full range car speakers so I could donate you one speaker system.

The functionality is as in SDSL Final 1.0 or the updates from 1.1 are here too? So far this is AMAZING!
EDIT: Don't bother answering, I see it's 1.1. Miroslav, replace the Superuser apk with a regular one, because this one refuses to update.

no... it`s cm7 with havi costumisation, something like shell relacment for windows (astion shell, etc). To bad there is no all of cm7 goodies, but on other side it have great dailer, sms app, i like notification widget (would be gr8 if we can set up costum one).

I didn't write this script by myself, I've followed some few guides and made this, so yeah i followed what the guy said and produced a well good script
Also it odexes Apps, framework, bootanimation, and some other things I've missed out?
I've followed many guides making an Odexer, so people can simply just odex in 2-3 mins, not a bad thing is it? nope it's an awesome thing
Also I've compiled a few things, and will later on give Credits to those who've earned it

Works with any ROMS including sense, aosp, aokp, any types

I didn't borrow any of their scripts :/ i followed zeppelinrox guide on how to make an odexed ROM
once I've completed that i just re compiled with a few changes, many changes, and so i think that's it
I'll put on credits now that i have free time
