You can also search the market for Sense skins and there is a Ton of them I only looked at the ones that said sense 3.0 considering that is what is running on this device and I downloaded one of the free ones and so far as I can tell everything is as it should be and no issues yet.

you could easily make them in photoshop.....
but if you want a template google 'the kobhens' its a set of icons for docks but it has the psd to make whatever you want i believe its the base that many people are using
Dream got a few good ones download the free ones then if you want to get the paid one its a good choice but there also some good ones go to the Android form http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=527

The skin in post 1 is a skin for the htc sense, so it won't work with the launcher shipped with galaxy tab. The skins in post 2 are for specific widgets and hence can be used in all devices that have such widgets.

Sorry I don't know. Since I can't find a local official ruu, I don't want to risk the warranty to install custom rom. After all, when the gingerbread official release is available in my city, surely I'll try my best to make the skin compatible with the latest Sense because I myself can't tolerate a phone without Snoopy.

Where does the HTC Hub app store downloaded Sense Skins (like Music Lover and such)? I've been all across the internet, XDA, etc, as well as Root Explorer-ing the hell out of the root folders.
Anyone know exactly where it stores these files?

I was asking where the skins were was because a buddy of mine and I have been collaborating for about 6 years now in Photoshop projects. These range from websites, to signatures, and even state competitions. The problem before, we couldn't find a ROM that we liked enough to actually release public themes for.
We both have the Droid Incredible, but we will be developing our themes through the HTC Hub so that they are easily installable, backwards compatible, and have a quality not seen before on XDA. Now that we've got the skins from the /data/app/ folder, work get begin. Get ready for some new themes!

There are some nice sense 3.0 skins in the EVO 3D forum but they need porting coz I tried to install it worked but did not show up in skin section.

I have tried to use 3.0 skins from Market as well as XDA.
But none of them is getting shown in skins.
I haven't rooted or unlocked my phone, it's stock.

Are you on a sensation port or official htc base?
On my phone, sense 3 skins for sensation and evo 3D etc don't work on Inc s official 3.0

I am on official htc base and may be that's why they won't work...

Im not nonverbose, but I think those are for qhd phones, as it says tested on evo 3d but it doesn't work on the desire or mt4g.

Agreed. The phones listed in that small "does not work on" list are all WVGA (like ours) or lower resolution. You might want to include the term WVGA in your skin searches, it might help you in finding compatible skins for our device.

Sorry, I don't use sense anymore and never bothered with skins when I did. Have you looked in the themes and apps forum? Maybe try the desire s forum also.

Thanks mark but I have already got these from HTC hub.
