Or the Wifi hotspot and USB tether app in the market. There's a free 24hr trial (it doesn't list the D3 as a supported device), but it works perfectly on my phone…Xbox, laptop, Galaxy Tab, and A500 all recognize the signal, and it never drops out. Worth the price for sure if you don't want to hack the radio.

I did 60gb last month tethering and no letter. I use foxfi with the proxy I should add.

I was wondering if anybody knew of a Wifi tether app that I could use while using a t-mobile sim card on at&t note 3? I can't use the native wifi tether app because it won't even let me turn it on which was expected. If anybody could help, it would be appreciated.

Freeze "tethering provision" in system apps. I recommend titanium backup, but you can use an app editor of your choice. You can then use the stock hotspot app.
