D9rc3 Instructions to see impact on phone from tweaks
1. Fully Charge phone
2. Flash D9rc3
3. Once flashed when phone reboots to (phone setup) let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Shut down phone or Reboot (Just do it!! Lol)
5. Upon reboot Disable all window animations in spare parts
6. Allow media scan to finish and (Clear ram in task manager)
7. Open Memory boost (under task killer) see what apps are running and kill them!
8. Memory boost main page (hit Quick Boost)
9. Use Bloat Freezer to freeze services that don't need to be running or that you dont want to run on when phone boots up.
10. Set go launcher transition to smooth

Perform a factory reset, wipe data/cache

~ LOCKSCREEN WALLPAPERS WORK! You can set a custom wallpaper for the SGSII lockscreen by creating a folder on your internal sdcard "lockscreen_wallpaper" and then saving a JPG image as "edt_wallpaper.jpg" inside it. There are a few things to be aware of though. The wallpaper is not centered. It goes from the left most side of the image. So if you want a specific part of a wallpaper you will need to crop it in Gallery first. Also, if you mount your sdcards to your computer it will revert to the default wallpaper until you unmount. It will also not show up on reboot until media scanner has finished scanning. If you want to revert to the default wallpaper permanently, just simply delete the "edt_wallpaper.jpg" image in the /sdcard/lockscreen_wallpaper folder. ENJOY!!!!!!!

No its an updated version of Crazy 8 but with 9 locks and tweaked to the teeth with Toxic Sauce. LOL! 2.2 Froyo build. Just got my Galaxy S 2 today so will be doing some cooking for it soon!
What about speed?it had good.speed and amazing battery life but i had problems.flash movies like streaming.movies on the phone

Silky smooth.LOl! Battery Life seems to be good to me so far. I threw in an app where you can set the Cpu to what you want and it really makes a huge difference if you choose to use it.

Yes, It's my daily. Should be pretty stable for you. Whatever little kinks we find here or there we will work'em out. That's why Im calling it RC1, but hell it may qualify to be called final LOL!

Wow I should've waited, I just flashed Toxic 8 today, I had a little trouble with it and had to go back and forth from my old rom to the new one but now that a brand spanking new one is out everything should be resolved.

i meant the rom was fast enough except some games and when i try to watch movies online not netflix it was stopping a lot and wasnt playing properly but it was fine at 2.3.5
flash movies streaming on internet like youtube but 1 hour long videos

Sorry I'm at work sneaking and posting this. Just disable voodoo by deleting to disable voodoo file in file manager/Voodoo folder and reboot. linda will talk to you. LOL!

Real light on apps didnt want to sacrafice speed and battery life with bloat. A few things though can be added by personal preference. Ill finish chanelog once home.

Instructions For Maximum Battery Life & Speed
Battery Life: Drain the hell out of her! Best results with Bali Kernel come as a result of at least 1 full draining Cycle and Refill. Guaranteed good battery Life with this kernel if done.
Note: If you are a chronic flasher and flash from rom to rom without a full drain and replinish battery life will drain fast as hell promised. So please before complaining about battery drain make sure you've at least drained her down once. LOL!
Speed
After Flash let rom sit at least 5 to 10 minutes just to let her settle in.
Make Sure to turn off all animations in SpareParts and animations in Setting/Display/Animations.
Go Launcher 2.29 EXE
Set Fling Value At 100
ADW Settings
Set in ADW settings Presets set to option Fast and watch her fly.
Flash Enable Fugu Mod This Should straighten out any jitters rom may have. I preinstalled it but I still flash it anyhow. LOL!

Set Cache to 2048 for best results and Check enable on boot.

To get Hulu to work...
Install the Hulu apk file.
Reboot.
I used Rom Manager to install the Flash_Hulu zip file.
Reboot.
And Log in.
Added bonus is I can access my Hulu Queue where my favorite shows are saved.
No more searching for them.
Also, very important - "DO NOT UPDATE THE FLASH PLAYER PROGRAM!!!"
It will quit playing!

I didn't run it long with the bloatware so I can't really tell ya. I'm sure there's a small improvement, but I wouldn't expect a huge difference. I didn't remove the stock launcher because I thought some people might like it. That's it in the screenshot. Was considering going with ADW, but you can always install that from the Market yourself.
So I did a backup of Stock Rom and guess where it stores the backups. Not the SD Card where I thought it would go. Nope stores it to the phones storage. So yea for those of you who are like WTF I did a backup and can't find it, try looking at your phones stroage.

The problem with build prop tweaks is that they are typically device specific. Probably at least 80% of the tweaks either don't work on our device or would cause bugs for us. It would be a real pain trying all of those tweaks and there's no good way to tell which ones work and which ones don't work or make things worse. I typically only implement tweaks that I fully understand and that make a noticeable difference. I don't just throw random tweaks in and hope for the best. The placebo effect will deceive you every time if you do that.
I really don't know how those tweaks would work on the O3D and not ours, that only has a different radio and the rest is the same but I am not a dev so I will take your word for it.

Also, the gullivers travels ( for my kid lol) and find 3d games I will want to keep so I'm going to rip the apk files to my sd card, but I wonder if they will show back up in the 3d space when I install? Installation:
Perform Wipes before applying for the rom
We recommend installing the battery to 100%, so we better stay calibrated.
Install prerom and rom from the CMW
Install the appropriate kernel according to your tegrapart. Natively has the D00 tegrapart so those who have this tegrapart no need to install another.
Restart the phone (the first boot can take a long time, do not worry)
Letting the battery run out completely until the computer turns off, put a load up to 100% and calibrate it. 2 is recommended for loading and unloading cycles for better battery life.

Several things. First, as stated above, plz upload this to multiupload. Even after entering the captias, I've tried twice to download this file with no success either time it stops after 10-20 mb. Anyone else with this problem? Second, I've noticed all the ROMS that include 1080p video recording make it a point to put a screen shot of it or something or act like it's a big deal, then you download the ROM and you click 1080p recording option. And you start recording a video, and it's choppy as hell. Is 1080p choppy on this one as well or no?
edit: guess what, can only try 2-3 times to download it before it kicks you off for 2 hours and you cant try again to download the file. Uggh.
I got it downloaded. Multiupload slow as hell. Going to try from another location.
7:45 on West Coast. Hopefully within the hour if no one else has it done.

That captia on that site is WAAAYYYY to hard to read.

Beautiful rom! Been on this gem for a few days and everything is working great. Only issues are beats audio doesn't work for me and I can't get hotspot, or foxfi to work. Other than that.... this rom is a beast!

This rom lags to much! One you install apps on it, you'll see what i mean. There's only like 8 stock ring tones, beats audio has issues, you cant customize the pull down widgets, couldn't get rotation to work. Lock screen is very laggy, sometimes i couldn't unlock the phone. Hot spot or teathering doesn't work. Not worth the flash, uninstalled.

Wow that's a lot of issues. I've ran this rom hard on ss3.0.5 on one of the slots and had virtually none of those issues. Beats doesn't work but other than that it was flawless. And the only way you can customize pulldown toggles is on aosp, not blur, unless you can dev. Lol
But that sucks for you. Every device is different though.

Not a big problem but every now and then my phone won't launch apps. I could be doing something wrong but I have to restart the phone to get it to work. Still love this rom though. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Still a beautiful rom.

I'm enjoying the all the roms and hard work you seem to be putting into the developing community there man!

When reporting a issue with a ROM - like lags or FC's - it would be WAY more helpful to provide meaningful feedback in the form of logcat logs or detailed instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

You being the OP and developer of the ROM doesn't mean you can go ahead and bomb on users reporting a issue, let alone calling them out being a "troll" for doing so. Also, double-posting because you forgot to include a quote you could have easily put into the first post ... please get used to how the forum works.
I cleaned up your little argument, and hereby you two consider yourselves warned. You two didn't stick to our rules about how people are supposed to engage and interact with each other (throwing insults back and forth isn't the right way).

The rom includes some gsm or global support?
Internet dialing with built in dialer?
Another great ROM.
One thing I have been asking for someone to try to figure out since day one is how to enable the internet dialing in the built-in dialer - where you can setup accounts for VOIP. The moboblur roms have this feature removed - all the AOSP or whatever ROMS have it - but none of those have HDMI or lapdock ability.
My dream is to have built-in VOIP and lapdock working in the same ROM..hahaha - but thus far no one has done it.
You have any ideas?

What is VOIP? lol
Its pretty fast. Not a huge fan of the SIII stuff but kudos on a fast stable rom on the first try.
can I flash this ROM using bootstrap?
