You can directly flash it, but after flashing you have to wipe data from stock recovery. And yes, you have to user Odin. Be careful to use the version which is in the tutorial.

When you flash a custom rom your baseband is conservated, so yo can connetc your device to your carrier network, if not serch for the APN's or flash your country's modem! and please when you ask for the same thing DON'T OPEN A NEW THREAD!!

Well I'll do it by Odin and tell u what happend ..
Hey.. do you solved it ? You must download your original j7 prime at sam mobile.. and dont forget to put you country code.. and it will download offical indonesia J7 prime rom.. after download it you flash the firmware via odin.. Gud Luck
