Extract Apps new galaxy tab 7.7 - Galaxy Tab 7.7 Themes and Apps

Hi all, I wondered if it was possible to extract the applications tab of the Galaxy in the 7.7 and make it possible to install Galaxy tab 10.1. Especially the application for video editing. Can anyone do this?

Why to extract, are those apps not avail in Android Market ?

Some apps no!
For exsample the app for the video editing/photo editor

I'm confused. My 10.1 has both a video and photo editor that came preinstalled. Does the 7.7 have different versions of these that you want, or do you not have them at all?

Did you download them? I received a notification saying they were downloaded, and I want to take the links down, but I want to be sure it was you that downloaded them first.
Let me know soon! I'm gonna take them down tomorrow so hopefully you got them or get them before then.

Both my 10.1 and 7.7 came with the same video editor app.

nice info. i'll try first

Without having tried the links I doubt the apks will work. I read somewhere before that those apps are not only consisting of the actual apk but also need libs which you won't find. It's the same problem with some camera system apps which because of that are not transferable to other ROMs or devices.
But maybe you're lucky and it works for you.

Is the dialer app at 7.7 could be used at 3G version 8.9? If so, could anyone tell me how to extract it? Thank You

Can any one post both( stk.apk and stk.odex) from the 7.7 stock rom

The deodexed files I believe are in the DEV section

Hi, can i request for the dialer apk from this tab 7.7?
Thanks

ICS Theme components

I just threw this together...
All credit goes to the developers
I didn't put this in Apps/Themes section because I wouldn't quite call it a theme.
However, enjoy!
Right Click, then Save As to download
ICS Wallpapers
Install Only
Raw Wallpapers(No APK)
4.0 Market
/system/app/ remove(Regular app), reboot, then replace. Use Root Explorer for this
Galaxy Nexus Bootanimation
Flash with Clockworkmod
bootanimation.zip file
replace in /system/media/ with root explorer
Google+ 2 from ICS
If replace does'nt work, uninstall first.
Honeybread theme. (for icons and indicators)
Requires CM7
Lockscreen
There is also a free version
If you want, you can use this Launcher. Functionality is limited (Fake Task Switching), but it will give you the "ICS" look
If i missed anything just let me know.
I've mirrored all these links to my personal site for the time being, links kept expiring

Google Playstore v 3.7.11 (Stripped from Jelly Bean 4.1)

Well, I just updated my Google Playstore app to v 3.7.11. So far, nothing significant changes had been done. Maybe because of my location right now. So, I'm not sure about others.
Anyway, here's the link for the app:

How is it possible to tell if the install worked? I have run the apk, and it says it installed sucessfully, but there I cant really see any difference.
Do I have to put the apk file in a specific location or just run the install?

You can check the version at setting menu in Play Store.
Same as mine. Almost non changes except in Editor's choices UI..
Maybe because of region support. Some will receive like the 3rd post one.

[APP][10/12/12]JB/ICS Themed XDA app

Themed New XDA app to match ICS and JB looks much better
Free version use (dark) and premium (XDA free) theme in settings for best look
Only themed HDPI folder so if you came from other section will only work with HDPI devices ATM
Also for the touch highlight color (in last pic) use m1l4droid Framework mod-Blue ICS/JB in link. Image required is in the framework not in the app itself

Samsung "Stock White" IME Keyboard

Does anyone remember when the stock Samsung Keyboard had white (or at least lighter grey) keys?

In a recent-ish update to the Stock Samsung Keyboard, the keys were changed from the lighter shades above to the "Dark" theme that we have now.
I just rooted my device today and I'm really searching, looking for the lighter themed keyboard APK that will work for my phone.
In a search of all the XDA forums I found some APK and ODEX files from an S4 thread. I tried those using RootExplorer, but they did not work for my AT&T Note 3.
I know that there are apps out there (SwiftKey / Swype/ etc) that allow user to change theme settings. I've tried all of those keyboards and keep coming back the the stock Sammy keyboard. Does anyone have APKs for the old keyboard that they wouldn't mind sharing?
Any help, tips, or advice that you could share would be great.
Thank you.
Try this one.. https://db.tt/duv3VVO8 push to system/app and change permissions and reboot!

BigMase,
Thank you very much for the help. I'm going to try it right now.
Do I need an accompanying "ODEX" file?
I'm assuming permissions are the typicall "rwrr, right?

BigMase, just pushed it, changed permissions and rebooted.
I'm getting keyboard crashes.
Any other tips or hints?
Im really interested to know if this can be done. Any progress on this from the OP?
