19003 is a cheaper model of i9000. I9000 is still sold.

Nope... I9000 and I9003 are diff... These roms should not be flashed on I9003...

Any clue on how to go about getting a rom for it?
I have the international galaxy note n7000 but at the welcome screen it shows gt i9220. So in my case 8 would say both are the same things. If u go the the about phone option it will say its the n7000.

may be compare your hardware specs to the n7000 and see if they are similar..or compare it with the AT&T version.. which ever is similar,
N7000 has ARM v7 SMDK4210 cpu

Compare the number of 4.2.2 ROMs and you'll know the answer..
About 15 for the i9000 against 3 for the i9003 ...
Just because of that i9000 is better?

Sadly, yes.. It means the i9000 development is still ongoing strong.. I'm using i9003 with 4.2.2... Trust me, you wouldn't want to own a device that have not much of development left.
I9003 has a million improvements from i9000 but development is so less almost none jb ROMs are very unstable Bluetooth not working random shutdowns sod you choose in i9000 jb ROMs are even ways better than stock this sounds strange for an i9003 user I know

Wel.. This is actualy the first time I read about someone having a broken USB which really sucks when you want to root your device. With my basic knowledge, I don't see a solution atm.
If you have one, pleas tell us @JJEgan, instead of pointing to stickies every time. We're still here to help one another.

Thank you :good: . I'm still searching for a solution. I think, I have to wait for a newer version of 'Framaroot' app with support for JB 4.3.
