it based on a official Htc rom ... so i think it has market

there is no market in this rom i tryed it

Market should be in this ROM since it is build on stock HTC sense rom..

Both of the files are still located on the server.. (My own server)..
I just tried to click on both download-links and they work fine..
Only thing I can think of is you having an old version of the page cached..
Try to empty browser cache and reenter site.. Or.. copy the link to the browser adress-bar yourself and enter ".zip" at the end.. Was an error on that some time ago (se earlier posts) but that has been fixed back then...

This rom based on middle east official rom so it doesn't have market

i tried this .
after rom installation update the radio and first boot will take a long time
persian support is very good , thanks whitetigerdk
but in first review i find a bug in typing Such as this(picture from official arabic rom+ [MOD] Glass, Dark & White Notification Bars for all Legend Roms! *FIXED* , not your rom) :

I'm not using that mod in my ROM.. The mod is for CM-roms.. this is build on stock Rom..

The Gps doesn't respond and I can't surf the internet.

if you are looking for Turkish .. yes it's included

I don't think do because the Persian script which Arabic, Urdu etc. use is written from left to right.

It's STOCK ROM .. you can't use Webtop via HDMI
needs some modifications

All stock languages plus Arabic and Hebrew. And yes, you can use say English as the default UI language.

Hebrew keyboard
Hi,
First of all, I would like to thank you for this ROM.
Having hebrew on my Atrix was long waited for.
However, one small issue. I do manage to have the hebrew UI, but the hebrew keyboard is missing...
It is selectable under the MultiTuch keyboards (actually twice...) but the keyboard itself does not change to hebrew when selected.
It's not available under the MobiDev keyboard...
Can you tell me where the issue is? missing fonts...?
Can you update the ROM, or guide me how to fix this myself?

OTA update
what happens if i downloaded the OTA update?
i really need this update , after unlocking bootloader and rooting i decided it's best to stay with motorola stock
i want the OTA update , is there a way i can get it safely?

You can use Israeli fruitcake from here, it got both hebrew and arabic laguages.

So I understand you recommend flashing it coming from 4.0.4 - I currently run 'stock' ICS 4.0.4 Touchwiz (but cleaned up somehow and with custom kernel) so can I just wipe everything and then install the zips from you?
How can I flash the custom kernel? Is it already integrated or do I have root access standard?
You say a v1.2 is on its way with integrated Play Store - is it going to be there tonight (it's 20:03 here in the Netherlands) or should I wait until tomorrow?

You rock dude. Could you please give me some explanation about flashing it?
I'm on original 4.0.4 pre-rooted and with CWM. Wipe all, Flash ROM, then superSU in original recovery I assume, then extract apps?
Does your rom include custom kernel preventing brick bug?

I recomanded flashing this rom from ICS 4.0.4 because i tested on it.. Other user testing from other roms and i will post results.
You must use kernel safe on ICS.

It seems that the update to ICS is getting closer to reaching our devices, so here I leave a CWM .zip made by me with the collaboration of Redy and Gabwerkz, install ICS official, more easily and with other things, if you have recommendations or know how to fx something just tell us ​
This have the essential things like root for DEVS or Rom cookers who want to make their master-pieces.
NOTE: This is not final version ! Probably you will find bugs, it´s not my job fix them all in this ROM, its job of LG with their releases, i will keep this up to date with CWM .zips and more.

Deodex, zipaglin, bugfix tests, etc

So, how's this rom for gaming compared to CM10 or the Gingerbread roms? (I would love to try it but I'm at work right now).

Is this rom deodexed or odexed?And I guess bootloader from Ku5900 right?

ok... so any possibility of a mirror or anything similar? im tryting to dl frm the dev host site but it says link not found...

Dunnno if it's a bug or feature... but blue LED fix is not working the same as in GB rom. After taping softbutton, blue led is ON and stays ON until another button is pressed, or until all led's goes off.
edit: ...anyway good job, i really like it.

Now i present You ICS theme by shooter37. It's his work​
Instaling:
- downloag theme and put it to sdcard
- go to recowery 3
- apply update from sdcard
- choose ics_theme_by_shooter37
- wait for installing
- reboot phone
If you have result another the screen, do:
- go to CWM recowery
- mount all
- install zip from sd
- choose zip from sd
- choose ics_theme_by_shooter37
- select --------Yes
- wait and reboot phone
