[Q] ACE- White Flashes on and off, no boot - Galaxy Ace S5830 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey Guys, I browsed through the forums and I need some help.
The problem
Today when I woke up, my phone was flashing on and off. It goes from black to white and back to black in 1~2 seconds.
I took the battery off and tried to restart it but it just flashes on and off.
I'm not sure to how that happen, I left wifi on so it probably downloaded and auto installed an update, who knows???
Before it happens, I had flashed it to "2.3.4 S5830DDKQ5", and had unlocked the phone so that I could make phone calls with my local sim card.
I had followed this instructions:
http://androidflip.com/android-234-gingerbread-update-samsung-galaxy-ace-installing-guide/
It was working for a few weeks then today, it happened.
Power =Does not work (flashes black and white)
Home button key+ power =DOES NOT WORK (flashes black and white)
Home button key + volume up + power = Works (But what it is for?)
Home button key +volume down+ power = Works
Home button key + volume down + volume up + power = Works!?
Then I had followed a few of the following links to try to revive the phone :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1034145
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1071970
It is not working!
I tried to reflash it using other firmwares, does not work.
Example of the log dump.

Try flashing DXKPB
Herpderp Adreno + Tegra.

The download mode works (volume down + center button + power button) , but i tried to flash with odin to other firmwares, no difference.
EmoBoi, thanks for the quick response! Too bad the DXKPB didn't work.
I got it from :

the password is samfirmware.com , so i think it should be the correct one?

[Q] bricked.. only recovery mode

here is my problem.. i rooted my galaxy mini with android 2.2.1.. and i tried to unlock it.. now i can't turn the phone on.. it stuck on flashing samsung boot screen... i can only go to download mode.. i tried to apply new firmware using odin in download mode.. but after it is done, it resets and it's flashing at boot anyway.. is there any way to enable recovery mode or to unbrick my phone in some differrent way...
you can go in the download mod but after flash another rom it reboot ??
what rom you use ?
i flashed it with gingerbread 2.3.3... and after odin is done.. it s not rebooting it is only flashing... it s not trying to reboot... i don t know why.. and then i have to remove battery... then i tried to turn it on and then the samsung logo is flashing again... can someone at least tell me how to hide that phone was rooted and stuff because i will have to take it to the service center..
i guess u would have not done the flashing procedure properly
1.put all files properly in odin
2.put your phone in download mode
3.connect the phone to pc
4.after odin detects the phone flash it
Try flashing again new firmware and be sure your doing it
the right way, theres a lot of instructions on the web on how to, aftr flashing it Shoud print "PASS" when flashing is succesful, then take hes advice install CWM and flash a new rom and that should be fine, its not bricked believe me, your just a little nervous right now kinda paranoid, chill sir.you can do it.

after that it says pass, but my phone is only flashing, nothing on the screen... it s not rebooting at all... i put it in downloading mode, set up odin, then connected and pushed start (been using odin 10 times at least).. so i only can pull the battery out, and then try to start it, but then it is only samsung logo flashing... tried to install clockw recovery 5.0.2.6 with odin by sending one package, same thing, can t access download mode too... i only didin t try custom rom because i don t know anything about it... is there possibillity that the phone battery is too weak? i can t see, and i really don t know is it all beacause of that..
Hey there.. After you flash from odin and it says PASS, does it display the boot animation? If it does, wait for a few minutes. If it's too long, disconnect the phone. Turn it off by pressing the power button until its off or remove the battery. Now, without thr battery, press power button for 30 seconds. Then release, put battery back. Press home+power button only to boot in stock recovery. Use volume keys to navigate to wipe data/ factory reset. Confirm by navigating Yes. Reboot system and hopefully resolves your problem. If not, make sure you have the correct files selected in odin.

if the phone is not rebooting after flashing then you must have unchecked the auto reboot option in odin
after flashing let the phone flash the package through recovery it is very necessary
and if you want to hide that the phone is rooted or you have done something wrong with the phone then just flash any 'one package' 2.2.1 firmware and phone will not even light up but it can go to download mode or recovery mode so no problem no can see that something have been changed
just reflash it with another new rom.
that didn't called bricked
reflash the rom and WIPE DATA/CACHE USING STOCK RECOVERY NOT CWM RECOVERY

Mounts problem

Hi, i have a problem. My phone wont mount everything. I mean i can't flash firmware via Odin or flash custom rom via CWM. I dont know why. I go to CWM>Mounts and storage, and i press mount /data then my phone says "Error mounting /data" ! This problem occurs in all mounts(i mean data,system,sdcard,sd-ext). I hope that somebody understand me.
Also happened to me. Flash stock, then CWM and our should work. I never figured out the reason why it happened, but it's fixed by this.

[Q] SGH-T679 Flash Back To Stock via Odin - Not Writing To All Partitions

I am following the wiki instructions to flash an SGH-T679 back to stock firmware using Odin, using the files at the links provided:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Exhibit_4G
Prior to this, the only thing I did to the phone was to upgrade to AOSP 4.1.2 using stock recovery, which worked fine.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2081011
However Odin does not seem to be writing anything to either the system or preload partitions when I do this (and now the phone will no longer boot past the splash screen). I have tried both Odin 4.43 and 4.44.

I did notice that the key combination to enter the bootloader changed after I ran Odin: it went from Volume Up + Home + Power to just Volume Up + Power.
I have not attempted to repartition or format the internal memory at any point. I am wondering if perhaps the Ancora.ops in the post above does not match the partition table on my device? Or is there something else I should try?
Thanks in advance!
Solved: the Ancora.ops file in uvlg3.odin.zip on the Wiki page is missing the preload partition. I added "12,preload" to the bottom of the file (per arco's Ancora.ops file found by Google -- can't link to it because I'm new to the forum).

Look just a few lines below that on the page, where it says:
FILES NEEDED:
Download Odin (Google it) and the stock factory images: uvlg3.odin.zip
I found the file, but after making firmware I see the next: "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Plase select recovery mode in Kies & try again". And there's a mistake: big partition size!!
Where can I find 3-filed firmware for odin?

(i9001) Softbricked, unbrickable?

A friend of mine has this old fella and he asked me to try to revive it. He reported logo boot loop.
Tried flashing stock firmware for adequate provider with Odin, but nothing helped.
Later I found Brood's tutorial and complete RAR with Odin, Aries and ROM image, but that doesn't help either.
Odin reports <1> big partition size!!, however it seems to complete everything (see: complete flashing log). Also, I am unable to reach recovery mode. Tried installing CWM, but I cannot reach it (volUP+Power). I have tried both with and without Protect OPS option.
The good thing is that I can still reach download mode, but whatever I upload, I'm stuck with the same.
Here's the complete Odin log:
