What do I have to do when Bootloader says "Update Complete"/"Update Success"?

What do I have to do when Bootloader says "Update Complete"/"Update Success"?
Hi,
I flashed my X1 with the SD method. After the update process the bootloader says "Update Complete" and "Update Success". Do have to wait for a reboot or can I manually reboot by removing the battery?
remove the battery and manually reboot (or hard reset)
OK so when this message appears the update process is finished, right?
Another question: Where can I get the Rom Update Utility? The link from the libary is broken!
Correct. You can pull out the battery, then power up your device and then do a hard reset. Almost all of the WM6.5 roms have a update utility in the zip file.
After Flash (SDHC-Method), do a Hardreset

You have to manually remove the battery then press power my friend to reboot...But Before powering on your X1,most cooks of custom ROMs advice to hardreset the device after flashing,so after puttting in your battery,remove your micro SD then press power button once then simultaneously press the 2 front silver keys.Then follow the instructions that will appear on the screen (press "R" to format then "spacebar" to reset the phone..then finally continue the setup for your chosen ROM..
don't even take out the battery!
just push the soft reset button with stylus and hold the two silver softkeys! until HR instructions appear!
(then press R then space)
or you can just poke the reset button with the stylus without hardresetting. Then hard reset once you reach the screen alignment stage.
or you dont need to hard reset at all but it is recommended by most chefs.

Trin100 Unlock true

Hello.
I read a lot of posts and saw many people with my problem. I try this:
If you don't want to install automatically, or for some reason the process doesn't work for you, here are the manual instructions:
1. Transfer SSPL/SSPL-TRIN.exe to your phone and run it
2. Tri-color screen will appear
3. Disable activesync (file -> connection settings -> uncheck "allow USB connections")
4. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
5. Run RUU/ROMUpgradeUtility.exe
6. Follow the flashing process (Check the "I understand..." and "I completed..." boxes and update!)
7. Allow your phone to reboot.
8. Transfer TRIN_Unlock_v1.exe program to your phone and run it
9. Click the Unlock Button, select unlock option. Select if you want SIM/CID unlock.
10. Click "Unlock!" and wait until process finishes.
11. When done, turn off your phone for 10 seconds and reboot after that.
but the 7 steep didn't work well. it does not auto reboot.
here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293957&page=30
emi2 says:
"1 .- With the Trinity off, connected to the computer via USB, and press the power button, camera button and reset.
Now the display is in tricolor (but is different from the installation).
and continuing from step 5, in step seven now, restart my pocket."
I have done this and its true, it already autorestart but still the same problem:
"The SIM card is missing." with a other operator sim, but with the original sim it works...
I run TRIN_Unlock_v1.exe program on the click on the Unlock Button, select unlock option. Select "unlock" and click "Unlock!" and get sucess.
Does any one know how to resolve that problem? this solution works with trin100?
I already read that this phone can be unlocked by code.. is that the only solution?
I'm using wm6.1.
I think this thread will help a lot of persons that have this specific problem.
Best regards.
sir i got error on 5 step when i run this RUU it show me this error.

MihanickX's method of emergency flashing

This is a translation of MihanickX's post

It seems that some people were able to revive their phones using it, so it might be useful.
---
This will fix no boot logo problem after 2.1 update (maybe this method will also help to restore "dead" phones):
1. Install LG_Android_Driver Ver 1.0
Code:
h*tp://files.gameworld.kz/c5z46n1ukk.html
2. Download and extract KDZ_FW_UPD flasher
Code:
h*tp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=8655201
3. Download ROM (.kdz file) and place it in the flasher folder. You can find some ROMS in this thread:
Code:
h*tp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=802895
4. Press "volume down" key on the phone and connect usb cable.
5. Open Windows Device Manager and disable LGE Android USB Modem in device manager.

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
6. Run "KDZ_FW_UPD.exe" (run it as administrator if you are using Windows Vista/7).
7. Set "Type" to "3GQCT" and open your firmware file.
8. Set "PhoneMode" to "CS_EMERGENCY".
Some information about phones modes:
DIAG - standard flashing mode for phones which are turned on.
EMERGENCY - mode for flashing phones in Emergency (Download) Mode.
CS_EMERGENCY - same thing, but appears to be for non-working phones.
9. Press "Launch software update" to start update.
10. As soon as your phone turns off with sound and animation in the screen you can disconnect it (or continue waiting, but you only will get an error):
11. Now turn on the phone and do a hard reset (On the lock screen simultaneously press and hold the volume up, home and search buttons. After several seconds you will see hard reset dialog). If you want, you can now flash using "DIAG" mode.
Thanks a lot, very useful.
Thanks for this wonderful tip
i followed your guide and i get the LG screen (second one) and it just hangs there.
Any ideas?
Same problem....

[GUIDE] Unbrick your Huawei P 10 lite via the Serial Interface

I accept NO liability for any damage caused by this guide.
Think before you go blind!
Your phone:
- Want's to do a factory reset without any installed system (boot loop)
- Stucks in Error mode
- Don't let you go into fastboot, recovery, erecovery oder dload mode?
-You get a message like: Func NO: 15 (bl31 image)?
Image:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then this tutorial will help you 100% to get back into the fastboot mode!
What you need:
- A Windows computer
- DC Phoenix (Download) and an active Account (Buy)
- Your Huawei P 10 Lite
- Fine tool
- A wire or the like
First you have to install the drivers for the serial interface to the Huawei.
Download this ZIP (Download COM Drivers for Huawei Phones) and deactivate the driver signatures, a tutorial can be found here: How to Disable Driver Signature Verification
Now you have to open the back of your phone with a fine tool, go with your fingernail or something else thin wide between the glass and the frame below the phone.
Now you see a lot of electronics and stuff.
What is important for you are the 6 larger golden dots next to each other. The second and third of Links are essential for this guide. To be on the safe side I have a picture in the appendix which shows and marks the dots.
Image:
Now connect your mobile phone to your computer via USB.
Now you have to be a little clever, take a wire or something similar and connect the two points (2 & 3), while these points are connected you have to restart or switch on your mobile phone.
Now a message from a new device named "USB SER" appears in Windows, this is your phone in "serial mode" (I don't know the official name). Open the Device Manager (Right-click on the Windows logo at the bottom left and select Device Manager). Here you will find the device "USB SER" at the top, right click on the device and select "Update driver...". A dialog opens in which you have two options, to install the driver automatically or from your computer. Select the second option, then you can select the path. Select the folder of the unpacked .zip file with the COM drivers for the Huawei. After a short wait the driver should be installed and you are ready to go.
Please open DC-Phoenix now, there you can choose between "Update Firmware" and "Update OEMINFO". Please go to "Update OEMINFO", set a check mark to "Use BOOTLOADER" and select the file "Kirin658_T0_A7.0_V1" under "Bootloader files" (ONLY for the Huawei P10 Lite!), under the tab "Testpoint files" select the file "Warsaw_WAS_P10_Lite".
Now just click on Update in the lower right corner and watch the magic begin
If you have any questions, praise or criticism, please feel free to write here ^^
Greetings, KleinDev aka Fallindor

Please help me

Its look like mounting problem try googeling for How to fix mounting problem(maybe show you the twrp but thats okay its same for all devices)
The easiest solution for this error is to force Windows to re-arrange its ordering of the drives. When you get this error message, it is possible to work around it easily without having to use disk part or manually re-partition your disks and drives:
Upon seeing the error message “Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition,” remove your Windows setup USB from the PC (don’t worry, this is safe since no read or write operations are being made from the USB disk).
Press the red “X” button to exit the installation wizard. You will be asked to confirm that you’re sure you want to do this and that Windows will not be installed if you do. Press OK and exit anyway. You won’t actually leave the setup environment, you’ll just be taken back to the main page.
Back at the main setup page, select “Install Now” without re-inserting your USB stick.
You’ll see an error about Windows being unable to locate setup files, and asking you to load a CD/DVD driver for Windows setup to
Click “OK” then exit the setup dialog once more to return to the main setup screen.
Re-insert your USB at this point, then select “Install Now” again.
This time, everything should go as planned since Windows has been forced to recognize that the setup USB is a removable drive, and it can identify the correct boot drive to install the Windows boot files to.
