i wanted to install the ics on my nexsus one , so i downloaded th blackrose and i installed it , and i did the partition as it written , but when i rebooted my phone , it was stuck on the boot loader menu i couldn't go recovery the black screen with " the"X" will not disappear , and i couldn't start my phone either , it won't start
i tried to uninstall it no help
i tried to flash recovery again through pc terminal couldn't either
my phone useless noe plz help ,, i just want to get back my device to run

I had the same issue. Read how I resolved it in THIS thread.
you have an old radio, not sure if that matters at this point
i lost recovery twice and one time could not fastboot flash a new amon ra without doing a fastboot erase system first--not sure why it only worked that way--

I am trying to fix a G1 for a friend its stuck at the triangle with the exclamation mark I have tried to the Alt+l And then Alt+s
and then tried to load a rom but nothing I am a noob ,I have an Evo that I have rooted and loaded custom roms so I am not a complete idiot but I am not familiar with the G1 Please someone direct me.

Try to flash an (official) ROM via Bootloader (hold cam button while powering on).
If you have some kind of engineering spl (often present on a rooted phone), you can flash a new recovery via fastboot (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=532719) and then flash a rom from the new recovery.
If that doesn't work you will have to flash a stock image.
If there is a valid dreamimg.nbh (get one for the right brand like tmobile, rogers...) on the sdcard you will be able to flash it from the bootloader. You will loose root though, if you alread had it.
Tried that and it didnt work even tried to install that dreamimg.nbh file still no luck

No, you can't. Because the loader was changed. You can make new build of your rom with two files
Yea I eventually figured that out.
Anyway, I give up on this recovery. I installed the bootloader Rom and kept trying to connect the fastboot mode on the phone to the pc but kept failing. Somehow inbetween everything I bricked my phone for hours. I then managed to flash it back to a stock 2.1 Rom only to find my screen was blank, even though the O.S was working fine...WEIRD!!! Then I had to flash from baltic Rom to Russian Rom to Black system Rom all over again to get my display back....
Im not touching this for a while now lol
skribbler86, would you have some tipps on how to get back on a bricked phone? i just bricked my lgp500, as described in my other post. now i cant turn it on at all! ie. whatever buttons i press, it stays like the battery was empty (which it isnt)... any help is greatly appreciated
Try downloading a ROM for your phone and flash it with KDZ under emergency_cs mode.

The wole day i'm trying to install a rom on my HTC One and i rooted and unlocked my phone. I first used clockworkmod and then tried TWRP and the S- on. I didn't work for me too S-off with moonshine and rumrunner.
I was trying to install this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2356654 and it installed succesfully. But afterwards it got stuck and keeps hanging on the HTC splash screen. I still can get in the recovery mode (TWRP) but after triying to unroot the phone en relocked with security warning, all the files of the phone where gone Litteraly 0MB and that means there is no OS on it.
I tried to install an originall stock rom RUU but keeps hanging at the "Sending data" screen and then gives an error and restore wont help neither. I can't use sideload neither, it pops with an error too.
So i'm stuck and now i have an empty phone. Hope that i can get some help. Is it possible to return to androids stock recovery system so it comes with his own recovery files?
Hi everyone
My HTC Incred S started freezing yesterday (was acting slow from weeks). It would hang randomly anytime and then I will have to take battery out and start again.
I looked up on forums and found out that since it was stock device flashing boot.img is the first step. I followed the guide and managed to do it. However it did not help, then I unlocked my bootloader using HTC dev and tried to install some custom ROM. I was able to get it to work but it was slow and unresponsive so tried to flash another ROM but now I have ran into an issue.
I was using CWM recovery and it started to give errors of being unable to mound /cache/recovery/log and wasnt able to wipe the Dalvin cache, still I managed to get the CyanogenMod ROM to flash with success but after restart it hung in a loop on the blue initial screen for hours. I have now tried using TWRP v2.6.0.0 but it also can not mount cache,data etc and the ROMS flashed hang on HTC white screen.
Can you guys suggest any fix? My HBOOT is 2.02 and phone is not rooted yet. (weird but its S-ON as well)
P.S I would be happy to go back to stock if it is easier

So currently im using insertcoin 7.0.4 and was using twrp custom recovery and it work perfectly. The thing is i wanted to flash the latest insercoin that is 7.0.7 but when i go to bootloader and hit recovery it goes to the logo part where it says "entering recovery" like always then it goes black for a few seconds and then comes back to the logo screen still saying "entering recovery" and it stays in that screen and it never goes into recovery. I try everything i used twrp and goo manager to install twrp or even clockmod and nothing it doesnt work, i even reflashed the custom recovery via command and nothing. My friend even install the stock recovery and it doesnt work. So i cant do nothing. My phone works fine, it is just that problem I cannot enter recovery. I search a lot but nothing help so please if you could help that will be a big help. Btw im sorry if im posting in the wrong place im new here. Thank you
