Today I recived Headset, I hate polish mail ... But let speak aboout headphones. At start i had problem to connect them, but after few trials and a lot of ugly words I did it. For me sound is enough good, my friends say that I'm realy sensitive to sound quality. It is enough loudly and range is not bad (in home about 10m was't problem). Have any question? Just ask.

Like........

Turn bluetooth on overday, how is battery

been using this for quite sometme now, battery lasts long

I don't see much change with work on battery. For me 2 days is not problem. BT work for most of day (without night).

[Q] Permanent fix for captivate speaker issue

Does anybody have a link or guide on how to fix the speaker issue on the captivate? I've searched high and low and I can't seem to find anything. Does this even exist?
Pressing down on the speaker is a lame solution since it just goes out again in a few minutes.... BAH RAM YOU!!!!!
I agree, pushing down on the speaker is kind of something the Fonz would do....
Well.since I have done the om5 unbrickable mod...I haven't had an issue..I'm so happy.but man, lemme tell you! It use to be " tap tap push push " all day long all the time.I even sent it to Samsung.got a new speaker...and 3 days later. No sound. Sorry for your loss.I feel your pain.

Tell at&t you have random shutdowns? Bam new (or refurb) phone.

[Q] issue with headphones

i have this issue that headphones are loose ..i used sennheiser headphones ..but after a week the headphones used to stop and then one side stop playing songs...the same headphones worked on other phones...then i brought panasonics..which worked for a week and now again the same issue one side stopped working any help thank u
im using mx760 for 2 or more years.
frankly speaking, the stone's headphone-output shot is not stable enough ,in some roms the situation is even more frequent.Im getting inpatient with it some times listening to music.
As far as im concerned,u can try to change a different rom to check whether it is due to rom.
Its present in all Roms. ...the thing is. ..de slot gets worn out which causes..... de slot to jiggle around ...

You can order a new headset jack on line really cheap, however, the solder connections are really small. Unless you have experience, or know someone who does micro/miniature repair, I would not attempt this.
I settled with plan "B" and got a Motorola Bluetooth head set. To be honest, I like it better than the wired head sets...

i already spend a hell lotta money on them and i dont earn i am a student LOL

Bose Soundlink

Received my Bose Soundlink today. This thing is amazing, can't believe the sound that comes out of it. Even the bass was more than I expected, especially for a little box. BT connection was no problem, hooked right up.
Kind of high dollar, but I get a lifetime warranty, so if it craps out in a few years I can always get my money back.
Would rather get the logitech wireless boombox personally.

I had that. About a month in, it stopped pairing with my phone and the volume stopped going high. I returned it.

I've got one. It is amazing. Even though that's the only thing Bose I'd own. They really did good with this.
The wireless boombox is not so good for portability. And doesn't really get any louder. Same with the new Big Jambox. Lost all portability.
Pro-tip, Crank it up on Pink Floyd's - Money. The horn parts will make your ears bleed.

You might want to read that "Warranty" document again.
You wont be getting "Your money back" after a few years.

Agreed, and it was what I ended up going with. Here in Canadia it cost 149 for the Logitech Boombox and 325 for the Bose Soundlink. Must admit I'm extremely happy with my investment. Great to bring out on my balcony to listen to music and watch the world go by
Can you skip tracks on the Bose directly on the unit or only on the phone?

I use my portable guitar amp with aux input and it sounds great. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifiers-effects/roland-micro-cube-combo-amp
Used it on camps, in park, on birthday parties etc. Never had single problem.

Volume and mute along with power only on the Bose. Any skipping of tracks needs to be done on the device.

So do you want the incorporated microphone? Because, if you only want to listen music, any headphones should do the work.

I Like the original samsung in-line ones, that cancels noises from out around. Has a button to answer calls just like motorola's, and good quality sound.
Get a new set from your mobile operator (if you're on contract and got your phone from there) or motorola.
You dont really need to mention that you damaged it... just tell them you get a crackling noise from left or right.
I had 2 free replacements of motorola handsfree previously. Once it developed a fault after 3-4 months use... and another time... my dog was probably hungry..

Bluetooth Stereo Headphone

Hi everyone,
subject says it all. I am looking for a Bluetooth Stereo Headphone, thinking of this one atm: Amazon link
So, question of the day: Any model in particular some of you could recommend and which is of course compatible with O2X?
Been searching both on Google and here, nothing recent found yet. Hoping to find some help.
Thanks!
I am currently using Rapoo H6020, which works just fine. Sound quality is acceptable after EQ adjustments.
Only problem with these are that they get "a bit" moist when doing something sweaty.

Just ordered a new headset with this problem in mind...

When do you think you'll receive the ones you just ordered? Would be nice if you could tell how well they are once you have them so I know whether or not to buy them too
Maybe these are good: http://dx.com/p/stylish-compact-sx-...e-headset-10-hour-talk-135-hour-standby-47851
been checking youtube reviews, it seems good?

Just got mine.
We have this saying "if you want to buy good and cheap, buy'em both" and once again I fell for the cheap stuff...
Quick review: Utter crap, no bass. Lightweight though.
The dx-ones you linked might be good soundwise due to bigger earpieces. But if you have the option to try them before buying, I strongly suggest it. Also for me

Aw, what a shame! Here's another saying for you I just made up then: "If you buy cheap and you get crap, be glad you got it cheap"
Been using Samsung headphones lately, according to several reviews, you need to pay quiet an amount of cash to get some that can have a decent battery life which is really annoying and not practical at all

I think I found my next headset:
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/nokia-bh-505-stereo-bluetooth-headset-p21474.htm
It has some form of noise cancelling and goodxaudio quality. And battery life also good...
EDIT: That's actually a pretty good saying... Already used that today

That's a no for me:

The bad
You still have wires from the ear buds or headphone
You have to clip it on near your mouth to be able to use the microphone
