Was just about to ask if someone was to port it from the g2x, but now that you do it youself things couldn't be better... Thanks!
And btw, are you going to compile for both at the same time when it's updated, or is the g2x getting more frequent builds?
Edit: Oh, you're part of AOKP-team (I guess), so now that you support this device I guess it get updates the same time the other devices gets them.. Anyway, thanks again!

That's correct I am part of the AOKP team aka Team Kang. We use a build bot to compile for all the devices we support and are hosted on goo-inside.me across three mirrors. They get automatically uploaded as the compile process finishes for each one. This build is hosted on mediafire because I compiled it after the fact. ^^

thank you guys! looks promising.

wow, seems very cool, will try it out tonight for my wife's 2x, thanks a lot pal

Very sweet! I like the out-of-the-box facebook integration, I'll flash this soon. Will there be an official thread on the AOKP forum?
Everything works except video, I assume?

I don't think reception and data are working with baseband 1120. Looks good, bugs are the same as cm9(no media acceleration ect), right?

That's correct. I ~think~ there is a patch that can be installed so that data works with the 1120 baseband?

Yes, the one on owain's thread, but it's not working for me! Is there any way to install apps on internal sd?

Thank you for giving o2x users more options. I have been following your work from the early miui g2x ports to miui.us

Excuse me, But what is the recommended BB n Ril? I know its different for each phone/region but im using 1120 rite now, think i need to change to the one that reception n data are working. Or at least, whats the ril provided in the rom?

First I try from here version 4 but got no phone signal (my BB 1120) and with wifi can't sign in google account so switch to owain version 4-2 it work with phone signal and success login ?? BTW this AKOP work as it should thanks.

It does not work on V20Q BB that I am using either. Owain's 4-2 worked for me too. I think it is a more generic problem and not really tied to BB.

I even tried V10d BB, still no reception. Shame. I really like the rom. Anyone can give some tips? =(

I think if owain guide how to overcome this problem it must be benifit for this rom and other I mean MiUi V4 that also have problem with phone signal.

Can we get a list of what's working and what's not ? Also if going from another CM9 rom what must I do in order to flash this? Wipe cache or factory

Hi

KNOWN ISSUES:
Videocamera : Use VideoCam Illusion

The graphics related issues are due to not having proper drivers to use for this. Don't ask for an ETA on a fix. Moto won't be giving us the drivers, so there is no fix

Wow Bill i've been blown away! I've always wanted to try this ROM! Hopefully we'll soon be able to take advantage of this roms smoothness with a new kernel.
Tried and felt good.
The only problem to me is that it's ENGLISH ONLY.

1 It looks very similar to AOKP, like they all do.
2 http://www.liquidsmooth.net/ Date would be good.
3 Nobody will know yet and everyone's experience will be different.
4 These don't really matter. If it feels smooth and fast, that's what you want, not a score.
5 Again, too early to tell
Try it and find out for yourself.
EDIT: I have just flashed the ROM and I can't enable Wi-FI.
I flashed:
Full wipe option
Aroma prep
Rom
Options chooser v4
Came from epinters latest CM10
I can't logcat at the minute, as I'm on the wrong PC, but I'll see what I can do asap.
EDIT 2:
Installed Logact Extreme
Created log and saved it on pastebin...http://pastebin.com/riAhXrpW
I think line 299 is the offending section.
downlded.. flashing nw.. waiting for boot screen
Nice Rom, great efforts
But,
1. WiFi doesn't work
2. Charging LED doesn't work
But,
Liquid Smooth options are cool
This ROM can be great with bug fixes.

Confirm WiFi not working.
Tried cache wipe then full wipe same deal.
Relative DPI is very small. By that I mean more displayed on screen, but harder to read.
Transitions in Go Launcher not as smooth as Epinter CM10 or AOKP.
I forgot to test dock audio before I rolled back (need WiFi). Can someone check that if possible?
Thanks for the ROM though. Will watch closely.

More great work Bill. Here is installed there two hours, and everything works perfectly, including wi-fi. It may be too early to tell, but it seems to me that this battery life better than AOKP.
Wi-fi working here.

RootBox-JB-i9300-Nightly-20130404.zip 5f130162c0b52066a1ac1be693cbcd44
updated RootBox and CM10.1 sources
RootBox does not use Xposed framework to handle DPI settings anymore, everything is done through Paranoid Preferences. This means that it is a fully functional AOSPA 3.15 / AOKP rom. It has the exact same set of features as both of them combined + much more!
Download
Enjoy!
Hello everyone!
Here's my nightly build of RootBox for the I9300. I am not the creator of this ROM, I just built it from sources because the official release hasn't been updated in a while.
1. Flash Rom
2. Flash Gapps
3. Factory Reset if coming from another rom.
4. Reboot.
Enjoy!

Yeap it works. Even though I don't know if I will be using this since I prefer something like AOKP since it is less RAM hungry.
I've been "playing" with AOSP/AOKP/etc roms and AOKP seems to do the best in RAM.
For me the phone doesn't start, and I can't do calls, no data conection. Can you try to update and upload to other server please?

As you're writing CM10.1 bugs: Is this a port or an AOKP source build?
The reason I ask is that I wanna check something for quite some time now on a build-from-source AOKP.
(adding the p990 to vendor_aokp and referencing the P990 device tree).
Based on the about phone screenshot I'd say it is, if it's not I'll do it myself, it's no biggie.
But if it really is - could you (or anyone) please flash kk 116, OC to 1.5GhZ, run an antutu benchmark two times and post a screenshot of the detailed scores?
I need to compare some results.
Edit: oh by square toggles you probably mean the quicktoggles.
That's interesting, I ran into similiar problems when porting over some features from AOKP.

AOKP is actually pretty decent ROM, it had its bugs and quirks, but i hope they got it to a point when its able to replace my daily driver. Will test it a bit later today and report bugs if i find any

I know what you're thinking, that I keep releasing meaningless **** that doesn't work, but this ROM is mostly working (as far as i know) and should be about as stable as regular CM10.1 nightlies (as far as I know).

We never think that you release meaningless stuff that doesnt work
Even if someone is thinking that way, let me inform them that the projects you worked on earlier like B2G we very hard ones, and would have had low chances of success for majority of others too. But it was good that you tried, got to learn a lot and came out with this ROM now, looking forward to more work from you
Great!
Goodafternoon!
Thanks for your Rom!
Its working pretty good.
The memory management is some thing thats suprises me, its really good!
Thanks for you effort!!

First of all: Thanks for this ROM and Congratulations to All Devs :good:  :highfive:
I am downloading it now. I will comment about it at evening or tomorrow
Thanks in advance
EDIT: everything seems to be all right so far. Good job!!! I cannot find the way of turning off led while charging though. I would suggest to add a File Manager on next builds

I am uploading today's build as we speak.
OP Updated
Yeah.. The only reason i'm not using AOKP is the missing feature to turn off the LED while charging.. I don't think it's OP fault.. I think the issue comes from AOKP base itself, because i had this problem in the S3 build (i've tried the S3 build a long time ago!)..
Hi guys I just want to ask is this using the aosp kernel that is being worked on? As such is it stable does it have camera usb or reboot issues?

Yes it is using the Razrqcom dev team kernel. There are other kernels on xda or droidrzr that can be flashed as well. I have been using this rom with bytecodes kernel and have never had any issues. Has been my Dd for weeks. Enjoy!

I'm on 07/07 version for last 2 days also with bytecode kernel and have yet not run into any issues at all. Seems to be a really stable and fast rom. Thanks very much.
Where can the changelog for the newest version be viewed?
Does this ROM include the ability to advance to the next music track with a long-press of the volume rocker? If so I can't seem to find the setting.
Loving this rom either way, great battery life and zero issues so far. Thanks OP!

Hey guys, in an effort to expand the amount of roms I can port to moto devices I will be reducing these nightlies to twice a week. If at some point I get a build box where I can build multiple roms at once I will return to doing nightly builds. But since I can only build one rom at a time on my laptop I want to spend as much time bringing new roms as possible. I will also update all my roms anytime there is a major fix by either razrqcom or the rom creators.
Thanks for always sticking with me.

What other ports do you have in mind?!

I encountered quite a few small bugs and oddities when using this rom. The lockscreen rotates regardless of setting, for whatever reason facebook is refusing to sync contacts, the button on my headphones will not work as it should (It works like the old trackball button selecting things on screen), just little things like the top and bottom bars randomly going from black like they should be to showing my wallpaper. Going to wipe again and give it another shot.
what gapps are you guys running?
Hey guys, just want to let everyone know I am now a part of a team called Open Source Evolution (OSE). If you want to find out what it's all about go here..... http://www.droidrzr.com/index.php?/topic/23208-Team-OSE#entry315549 !

Also. Connecting to my Bluetooth headphones causes lockups and I have to reboot to fix it. Soon as I disconnect BT its stable again. Don't remember that ever being a problem before.

Data is solid for me and has been since Tim started on AOKP, Bluetooth has been a problem on several ROMs, I think they have it fixed now.I'm sure Tim will get it taken care of soon.
