You can try, it won't flash if it's not for cwm... and it won't do any harm

Yeah I found two mods and that thread is mine xD.

It will work on any CM ROM..
.But i'm not sure about the language support...

Not everyone has a CM based rom with theme settings in it, and this file is also for those people
