You can try to clear the data in all google applications like gmail, gtalk, play store etc... then reboot and start the play store for example and re-enter your new gmail account. The gtalk account depends on the account that you have synched with your phone.

No problems with the Play Store on my Mini 2. Also stock.
Did you try all the usual shenanigans? Clearing cache/data from all the Google Store related apps, rebooting...

first activate Internet then login your Gmail account

I think your data speed is slow
if so then it's normal
Are your Background data and Auto sync settings enabled in Settings / Accounts?
I rooted the device and used my google account.
But it is a gift for my wife and now the calender does not get the info from her google account.
Maybe this is because google play uses my account.
How to proceed to switch google play to her account?

This worked for me. My account can't post external links yet to so google "Change the account of the Android market on the kindle fire". Look at the 4th post on an androidcentral thread.
Dear all, i have some problem with my google account is disable and olso i can't use google service.

after flashing stock rom my honor 5c google play store isnt working. when i try to sign in, it can't. even other google apps are not enable to sign in my google account. when i want to sign in it always crushed. please help. And sorry for my english
log out of google services, clear cache and data of all google services try log in
