Why did you chose a LP1 Rom?
Anyway!
Pick a different ICS Rom from here, flash and Root following the instructions.
I recommend the LPF!
I think that will solve the problem!

Rooted phone. tried CyanogenMod 3.6.8.1 to 4.0.2. BaseBand version 62.50S.20.17U_2.22.19.26I.
Any version of rom cannot help.
Those guys said "software conflict" last time and made some minor tweak on my phone.
He's up to 4.0.4, try that. Also wipe your ext and wipe the phone.

The problem is that it's locked in orange. It has a lot of crap that i dont want or use. The thing is, can i flash it if it's locked?And can you give me a few pointers on how to do that?

You can sim unlock your device and then flash the rom --You can pay few buck and get it unlocked online or maybe there are some around your locality--... This way the rom will surely work...
Note: I haven't trying doing either and what you do is at your own risk!!

If you had no backup of efs folder, there is no way to restore it. Now you have a nice MP4 player running android.

Hmmh... some four-packaged firmware is in sammobile.com
the camera problem wont be solved even if you flash four package frmware ....trust me you have live with it....unless it magically starts working like it did for me....

Bro I'll give a advice. I can see you have not much experience nor confidence in what you will do. If I was you I give a try in maclaw's cm11 first & if you don't like it you can always flash this awesome stock (modded) rom. No one here (s3 mini forum) has that issue & btw the link that you gave me is for Samsung Galaxy S I9000 not s3 mini, so if you still want to flash that sms fix you should ask to the dev (on his thread) if it works on s3 mini. hey mate.. did u fix already the problem which the text messaging/sms has a limit to 3-4 pages only and when it reached the limit its automatically converted to mms?

Only the Samsung roms have this problem. Cm roms dont do that. So you can flash cm ,go to maclaw.pl ,downloads, s3 mini and then cyanogenmod. Whichever version you want, I would suggest cm 10.2 cause doesn't have many bugs. Otherwise if you want to download a Samsung rom that doesn't have that problem, check the android development forum you will find many of them. If you have a deodex Rom you can flash the secMms mod which is found on s3 mini themes and apps forum. If you don't know what deodex means our you are odexed follow the previous advice. And a last thing: HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Another thing you can do is to install xposed framework and download from the xposed installer the "disable sms convert to mms" module, enable it and then reboot

You can always go to sanmobile.com and download tyje Verizon files and flash them to your phone. It will unlock the Verizon specific lock.
