Okay. Looks like weather widget will only work on ICS (or I am missing AccuWeatherDaemonService or something??) . Anyways will check and update the OP. As for Launcher, I'm not sure but you can try from this LINK.
Lemme know what all work so that I can update the OP.

I have the same problem...before and after editing the build.prop file but no luck...

flashed the LWPs via CWM but its not showing on the list. i checked the /apps folder and its there. do i need to flash wallpaper chooser too?
PS: can anybody pls confirm if the LWPs are working?

Okay. Are you trying to install the apk? NO. Just push/copy it to /system/app folder, change the permissions to rw-r-r- and reboot.
S Voice should be seen in the launcher after reboot.

I didnt tryed it but Galaxy S 3 is running ics and S Voice is only build for ics.. When your phone says parsing error it means you should run a higher version.. Gb cant cope with some lines of ics code

Yeah. May be there's a possibility that it might work only on ICS. But worth a try. Apart from the reason you mentioned for parse error, it can come if permissions are not proper, signature is not proper for the app or the name of the apk is changed after signing.

You rock! Now I have to figure out how to get it into my app folder.
I was able to push this to /system/app and have the widget placed but it force closes. On ICS EOS. Anyone have success?

I haven't been able to place in app folder due to the fact that my computer died and I have yet been able to root my xoom and the app folder is read only and will not allow me to place the apk there. Any suggestions?
I've never had any success with that widget, I tried it a few months ago, it just wouldn't work.
I just tried again, downloaded the APK, pushed it to my system/app folder. Changed the permissions to RW -R -R, Reboot.
Unfortunately this w/e has stopped working, over and over and over.
Uninstalled, deleted, forgotten.
I think the app must signed. But im a noob

No need to thank me Sam-Sung, ruvort provided the signed apk. I just posted a direct link to it for people having trouble downloading from the link that ruvort posted
Unfortunately you cannot change the widget to open Gmail You can set the email client up to access your Gmail account but you would lose push notifications for new emails.

First of all this is the best and easy way to add the14 togglemod to ur stock Rom ....some people (like me) stills use the stock Rom and won't to have a coustom Rom ....but he like this mod and want to have it ..lets started
What we need to do this?
1.a rooted phone with (cwm)
2.14 toggle mod.zip here Credits: lidroid
4SHARED
3.a titanium backup (pro) the free version can't make it works
A.Download the mod and flash it throws the cwm
B.start ur phone and take a look to ur toggle (nothing Will happened )
But u Will see that's the color of the signal for the network and the wireless is changed to green ...that's good
C.now go to titanium backup pro and do the following
1.open it and press menu ...and thin chose more ..and press this option (integrat sys dalvik into Rom) make sure u press yes and wait until its finshed
2.when its finshed d
on't go out from the app and press menu-more and chose this option (undo sys dalvik integration )wait until its finshed ..its Will ask u to reboot ur phone to apply changes
After reboot take a look to ur toggle and u Will see that's u have 14 toggle working
Gyes am still new here and this my first thing i wrote...maybe some people know this thing and maybe some not..for me its work perfect on my Gt-i9100g ...using srteetwar kernel

Do u have nandroid backup?!! If yes do a wip data&cach anf fix permsions and repeat the steps bro ....its work in the most tested phones

Greenify to stop Facebook from draining battery, GoldenKernel for ondemandq governor, SystemUI.apk and some other files from BenzRom V6 for customizable quick toggles, Titanium Backup for removing useless system apps, Xposed Tweakbox for ability to skip tracks with volume rocker when screen is off.
That would be it for now.
Will check out Tasker and Seeder later on.

Ive installed it, did u put the folders in the correct location or maybe download corrupted, tried redownloading it yet? Did you convert anything when transferring the files?

You can use it with script manager easely just download from playstore find instal.sh .thats it

For me, it was the same. Fist extract the zip directly in the download folder. Then take the already extracted install folder to the root of your sd card.

You need to extract those files from Benz ROM V6 and push it to your phone with adb or root explorer, don't forget to change permissions to 644. PM me for more detailed description.

I have no idea, I'm using Benz ROM V4 and don't know whether it's deodexed or not.
None , except for tweaked mem-free values, and all damn bloatware removed

Yes, those are the required permissions.
Ok, here is the flashable zip. It includes only Talk.apk from IZSv0, because IZSv0.4 doesn't include any.

Probably yes, I can't say for sure, as I'm not running any IZS rom.
But you can try it (make a backup before), imho on worst scenario you get some FC's.
The .zip only includes Talk.apk, so if it doesn't work you can simply delete it from system\app.
