you need to download the rayfile download manager first, install and the link will automatically pasted to the manager - there is an english version of the rayfile site (top right).

After testing it for 2 days, I have gotten 1 graphical glitch and 1 instance whereby I could not close Audible (a program) and had end task it all and would not reclose from then on, all i could do is pretty much just soft reset.
I'll hard reset it in a couple of more days then reflash it just to make sure the bugs aren't a fluke if ever.
This is a fast and stable HTC Wildfire rom, close to stock, stripped-down, pre-rooted and slightly enhanced. I used the latest HTC stock rom, WWE 2.22.405.1, as a basis.
For apps2sd create an 1024mb ext3 partition and cache size 0 with clockwork mod. It is advised to run CMW 5.0.2.7+ to get apps2sd properly working with ext3.

The rom is close to stock. Only visual change is a battery percentage mod.

Ah, great time with that blackstone. I cooked this rom for someone who was complaining about a lack of available memory and major slow down. From what I hear it runs pretty smooth. Enjoy.

Not really, I built this rom for my dad and he's happy with it at the moment
By looking dft i8700 on google, I can see some oriental sites talking about that.
Is it available?

Installation procedure will consist from two phases:
1)install MAGLDR via DMLI
2)use MAGLDR and DWPI to flash custom ROMs (like on LEO)
This was done to provide custom rom flashing as safe as possible (to prevent bricks or minimize their count ).
The first release will contains support only for Focus 2K REV1.3.
The next releases may add support for Focus 4K REV1.4 and Omnia 7 too.

I am not 100% sure but I think the dft flasher you posted is a hd2 flasher. If my poor knowledge about rom fleshing is suficient I would say thats not gonna work.
The Botloader is Not avaible yet. They will Release it after testing it on Focus 1.4...

What's the 'big thing' to look forward too? Ie: what benefits will this custom ROM give us over a normal OEM ROM? The OEM ROMs can also be unlocked etc.
So besides a possible unlocked device with the custom ROM, what other benefits will there be?

I don't have privileges posting anything more than reporting this progress.
- Cotulla has ownership (DFT)
WP7 Downloader can be used, but it is easier to flash a modified "OS.D000FF" (+CSC) (then software reset)
Android could be able to run on Omnia 7, due running ARM processor.

Heard about Freedom ROM?
You can execute everything and flash whatever mod to WP7 you want.
How about non-MS exe's like Opera?

quick question about samsung Focus: will it be able to run Android? or it depends on ARM cpu?
