I posted these im my parent forum but thougth i might as well post them here too since it supports all screen sizes.
Ive themed ALL the keyboard buttons, asset icons and changed the swype trail and color.xml to reflect the theme colour.

Swype does'nt allow the sharing of their app but i can share the files inside.
How to install:
Download the file
Decompile YOUR Swype.apk with your tool of choice (i recommend apkmanager).
Add the files from the download into the decompiled file. Follow the directories, e.g.
Copy "Icon.png" from
download\swype\res\drawable
to
apk_manager\projects\swype\drawable
Compile. (Answer no to system app if using apk manager)
Sign
Un install Swype from your device
Install new version
If you dont have Swype it is a free beta, just search Swype and register for it.
Mod Edit: Linking to warez is strictly prohibited by XDA.
Feel free to make requests for different colours, styles etc.
If you make a request please tell me the following if possible-
Colour/ transparency of btns.
Colour of trace.
Colour of background.
Square or rounded btns.
Btns beveled and direction of light.
Drop shadow.
Gradient and direction.
Keyboard icons color.
Try to post a link to something similar.
The more info you give me the esaier it makes my job.

Thanks mate, it means a lot.
Yeah i've no problem decompiling/compiling using 1.4.3, but it wont sywpe when the keyboard launches, which defeats the object of swype.
There are a few of us trying various things over on DJDarkknight's thread but it's looking like theyve implemented an anti theming system and locked it down, probably something in the smali with a random file name so we cant trace it.

It is a combination of skins but almost all of it was made by Samcrow found here:

Could you post the black (3d diamond) background shown here? This is the background I was saying in Phoenix themes, that would look good with the PHOENIX logo embossed in the middle

This set is not to be used in the dock of LauncherPro, if you do then they are too small but they are used with DeskTop Visualizer and then resized through a Launcher like ADW or LauncherPro Plus if needed. I will be making docks with the icons in the image so they are large enough then you use a transparent icon over the top.

I am confused........you want the background from the top image or the bottom image with the three icons on it? If it is the top image and it is a blank cube (black) then tell me what you want the background image behind the black (blank) cube to be or I can just make a png image of the cube 480x480 and you can place it on any wallpaper you want. Let me know..............
The themed Swype apks below are all version 3.6.84.26668 and support hdpi only. I have not figured out how to change the trace color on this version yet. The method that worked for older versions (where you hex edit the libSwypeCore shared object file) is not working for this newest version of Swype. To install, copy the apk to your SD card, uninstall any existing Swype, and then install the downloaded apk.

I've been running my own themes for Swype and have also not been able to figure out how to change (in the new version) both the swype trace color and the color of the text that appears when you long press a key, either in the libSwypecore.so file or in the apk's xml files.
Please let me know if you figure that out, and I'll do the same.

We're on the same page. I've scoured every friggin' file in the apk and all I got were sore eyes.
I did find the old color code DDA25B in the libSwypeCore.so file and changed it, but when you run the apk, not a peep of what it affected.
Hmmm...if we could just get the new color code.

I tried taking a photoshop eyedropper sample of the new swype trail color, but the transparency along with the background may be outputting the wrong code because I couldn't find the hex version in the .so file.
I'll post a screen shot of the trace going over a black and a white background shortly.

Sounds like you guys have tried the same things as me. I'm pretty sure it's not in any of the xml or smali files. Finding it in the libSwypeCore.so file won't be easy, but hopefully one of us can figure it out.
I've tried doing things that don't even make sense just to see if what changes indicates I'm getting close. No joy so far, obviously.

I change wallpapers every few days but usually stick to something green, take a look here and maybe you'd get an idea? In any case, light shades of green and silver never fail, I'd build a setup around the icons if I have to so you really don't have to worry about that.

I was browsing on MyColorScreen and ran across a LostExhibit mClock mod, modified by Kancut, originally designed by R3D-X. It was a square in the corner rather than a circle. I took Kancut's idea and made my own colors to fit the wallpapers I use rather than using a gray square like Kancut designed. I have attached those colors that I made here.

Howdy,
I'm actually having a bit of an issue with mClcok & this mod right now.
I have mClock installed & this xml (not the original lost_exhibt /sadface). I have the xml's in a folder sdcard/mClock & I can load the xml with mClock. It basically formats the clock correctly, however the background doesn't appear.
This is all on my T-bolt with stock Gingerbread (rooted).

I was wondering if I could obtain the xml for use on my T-Bolt?
I have this one (lost_exhibitsquare), however I found this one while looking for the circle.
A big thanks to all both the author of mClock & those who not only understand xml, but give us some nice looking homescreens.

- download to your sd card
- rename file to : 201411271723321905.hwt
- copy file to HWThemes on you internal storage or sd(if you have selected it for default location)
- then go to themes app select mine than shape

Check if the file is in the right folder..and the name is properly written..
When you are in themes search for shape them..and apply it..
If all is right try downloading file again..and rebooting your phone..

Did you mean android L style?
I will look into files today and see if i can do it
I am still learning but it is very interested so i am very happy doing that
There is some progress on statusbar..
But all the icons i cant change because i cant get them cause android L doesnt have them in sistemui.apk..

Hello, you're right I have not expressed well, maybe I meant backgrounds blacks with blue icons. Style total-black or always used on AOSP rom. This Huawei is too white loool

@papaver, Is that really the color of the settings menu (the one in the first post)? I think you should make the letters/words in settings as white.
