I am having issues with my display. Time to time it starts flashing for a while. Anybody with same issue? Is it hardware or software problem?

Seems to be a Tegra 3 issue, the One X had the same thing. Expect a software update to fix it, but I would shoot an email to Google so they are aware.

That is far from bricked. You just need to flash moboot again from AcmeInstaller2 to get it straightened out

Okay, annoying for a camera flaw, but... pretty god damn cool looking.
I'd start the RMA process. Something's unhappy in your camera sensor.
