Hi every One ... so my problem is the next :
i had a boot problem , and i have result it by Jtag option. but the problem is that the version of android after Jtag is 2.2.1 , and i wanna use the 2.3.6 for my galaxy mni s5570
i try to update via odin but i got the same old problem of boot ! so i need to use another time jtag ...
have u any solution for that ? i try Kies but he give me a message

Search on samfirmware for you right firmware! Use the 4-packet file on odin not one pack! Make sure debugging is on your device!! Good luck never had problems with odin while flashing!!
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda premium
1. go to samfirmware.com and download latest firmware and flashing program for your device.
(i using XWKT6 baseband)
2. after downloading, open Odin, choose .ops file, extract firmware from archive, and choose files in odin (BE CAREFULL WHEN CHOOSE FILES!!)
3. put phone in download mode (home + vol down + power)
4. put phone into usb and click start in Odin, wait untill PASS message (~3-5 min)
5.thats all
extra:
now you can install clockworkmod recovery and flash custom rom.
if you need more details, you can tell me
You need to flash firmware that has 4 files, APBOOT must be included.

Hello mates!
I used tha guide from "Darky's v7.0 Gingerbread Edition" , i made it work and now i want to come back to original , how can i do that mates? Please help me out...
When im connecting it to Kies it tells me "This devices version cannot be updated."
I don't know how can i bring it back to original Samsung Galaxy S ORANGE Romania version , im disperate, please help me .

there is also a thread in the General section with the DL links of stock firmwares
read instructions carefully and do bakc up your EFS folder
It bothers me when people flash their phones without making a backup of EFS. I've seen to many newbies lose their IMEI and there is no public fix for invalid IMEI so be careful.
and after that i can use Kies normally ? As i did when i bought the phone ?

How i can fix it and upload it with a next andorid ?

Looks like nothing is wrong but your understanding of the flashing procedure, so read and read again this guide after, when you understand it all, proceed to flash the gingerbread or others . step by step, don't jump from one version to another

Looks like you used "Home+Vol Down+Power" combo instead of "Home+Vol Up+Power"
I'm a beginer but intersted in Rom upgrading.I've been flashing a lot of Rom ,no problem all the time.
Yesterday I went to Clockwordmod,wipe data,davik cache,and formated all option in "mount and storage": including "modem" "preload"....After that,install CM11 and ggapsp
Here's the problems:
1/No network service although reinstall ROM
2/In Setting,Baseband versioin displays in XXXXX(unknown)
3/Check the IMEI is still correct with IMEI was stick in the back of phone(under battery slot)
4/Googled but it is difficult to understand and to follow the instruction.Evenmore,i dont know which is my issue to follow :crying:

Download andoid 2.3.4 stock rom (3 file version) and install it via Odin. This should solve the issue.
