I dont know what the chances are, but I hope they do too. xD I have vacation starting Friday, so I would like my new toy to play with during it.
Also, this is my first ever tablet. Its the first good one that has been cheap as well, so I had to get it!

few places saying second week, which starts tomorrow, staples shipping 12th, so if google dont ship before other outlets what was the point in ordering from the big g if they dont ship first, just speculation but it makes sense....

Even Google!!
I ordered another nexus 7 from the uk play store yesterday and the pre order button says 2-3 weeks but it said ships soon directly underneath. I don't recall it saying that when I ordered mine on 28 June.
I would have thought shipping as close to the 7 of July as possible would be pretty cool seeing as the date is full of 7s.

As people are slowly starting to receive their devices, it would be helpful to know when the first wave of devices is hitting.
If you have received your HTC One, please comment also on which country you are in and what kind of seller(retailer/provider) did you use.

Im in the same boat. Im in Fairfield, Ct and Ive the exact same status....its 5pm now. I can deal with a day or two after given the $70 discount I got but if no email confirmation saying that they at least have it in stock does not come in by end of tomorrow, well, I may start acting childish

lol, I'm with you. I wouldn't mind as much if I had a working phone....digitizer has been acting up for about a month, phone is barely usable.
Just got off the phone with newegg....Was told if they do receive the phone over the weekend it's possible we will receive it by Monday, definitely maybe .....I am being sent a $25 prepaid credit card for the inconvenience...didn't have to ask or anything.

This is for those that have to RMA their device like me and got an expected 3-4 week delivery schedule. Post the date here that you RMA'd, then post again when shipped, to give an actual expected timeframe of when to expect a shipment. Please quote your original when posting "shipped" to make it easier to track. This will undoubtedly fluctuate around now and the next couple weeks. So, let's keep this thread going, so people 3 weeks from now still have a realistic idea of when to receive a shipping confirmation.
We all hate to RMA a device we just received, so this isn't a whining thread. This is just a way to form some sort of objective information.
I start first. I RMA'd today November the 6th at 11 AM eastern time. Expected delivery shows 3-4 weeks.

Mine came 11/5 with a dead vibrator doa. Called last night and they're sending me a new one with info/label /box on how to send this one back. I had to give them the imei # and that's it.

That can be found in defects section. This is for RMA information on date filed and date shipped. Everyone has their reasons. This is information only to provide objective data. This is not a thread to judge for their reasons. I hope everyone can respect that, and keep this thread to its purpose.

Because as I stated this is to form objective data. Just facts on estimation of RMA process. There are those that ridicule people for their reasons to RMA. This will not become a thread of judgment. You can go to defects and say what's wrong and you're doing an RMA.
