As far as I heard Gamestop and Sams club had them Friday so by now they are probably gone. Best Buy doesn't have them. Got mine yesterday at Gamestop walk in called 3 in my area good luck

Hi, I want to buy a Nexus 7 tablet, and I am wondering if i could buy it in Germany/Netherlands/Austria/Romania?
Not until Google announces it officially here in Europe. Until then I don't see any other method than importing it from the US.

I just talked to someone from my local gamestop about my nexus 7 preorder. I asked if they had any word as to when it would be available. He told me I should be able to pick it up August 1st. Hopefully this was just a safe estimate, and they come in sooner.

After finding out that I owe the feds $2300 today after doing my taxes, I was a little hesitant about my preorder. It is downright irresponsible to order a new phone and case after finding that out! Alas, after finding posts by the aforementioned members, I was able to get the phone for $119 and an Otterbox for $22, saving me about $48.
Now to get the wife to believe that passing up a deal would be irresponsible...
