Kindle Fire Sleeve on Sale at Target - Nexus 7 Accessories

It will be at least a week before my order for the Moko Nexus 7 case arrives.
Meanwhile, I found a good inexpensive temporary case: the Belkin Pleat Sleeve for the Kindle Fire on sale at Target for $9.99. I believe it is being discontinued as new cases for the current Kindle model is being introduced. (The similar case for the new Kindle is $29.99.)
The case looks like the one in this Youtube video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48J0JsAPvjs
The fit is pretty much perfect. Nice and snug, not loose, not larger than the case. The cases come in black and plum.

It's a sleeve, not a case with a cutout.

[Q] Any Consensus on cases

I want to start carrying my A7 to work with me everyday, but I hesitate until I get a case. I'd like a case like the one shown for the nook...one that cover the A7, but gives access to the ports and maybe can function as a stand...what is everyone finding, and what seems to work for a cover?
I love mine.
It's reviewed here under Ebay Case review.
Casecrown for A7
I received my crowncase case today. Fits well, is cheap and does the job.
I went to Best Buy with my a7 and tried every case they had - and they had a lot. i wanted a case like some made for the nook where the device is inside the case but you can open the flap on the front to access the screen. No dice. I tried a about 12 different e-reader and tablet cases but none of them worked that well. I needed something to protect my tablet so i went with a $20 red neoprene case made by Rocketfish. It fits perfectly and i do like it, but I still have to take it out of the case to use it. That's the only downside to it.
I have to agree with the assessment of the Casecrown A7 case. I bought mine through Amazon and got it with no issues. I do find it a wee bit tight but am hoping that it loosens up a bit if I keep the A7 in it overnight, etc. It's a case, it protects (mostly), and it's cheap. I think that's about as good an endorsement as we'll get.
I have the case off of ebay that is listed in another thread, and it works great. Access to al ports, and fits well too. For 8 bucks, you can't beat it.
Elocity stated that they have finished the design for a nice leather case for the A7. The last I heard was that it should appear for sale on there site soon. That's the one I'm waiting for.
Picked up a Body Glove by Fellowes at Walmart $14.95
Roocase Superbubble
Roocase Superbubble
Neoprene half-zip case with front pocket, almost identical to the Body Glove case they sell at Wal-Mart, the little bubbles absorb shock if you drop it. Just received it and the A7 fits perfectly!
BTW got mine at amazon.com for $20 with shipping

Which bublle case did you get. There is a bunch listed. One for 6" e-reader and 1 for Galaxy tablet, etc.
Thanks,
Jim
Ebay case
I ordered the eBay folding cover described here...it is cheap, not very well made, and does not hold the A7 well at all...it does not even close properly because the computer is too big...it only cost 7.95, but is not even worth that

Still not clear. That link shows search results for anything matching "roocase" from MacBook Air's, to Netbooks, to Kindles. Which one specifically did you get?
My apologies again!

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I need a case.
A7 Case
I have not seen any cases for A7 that allow use while inside case. what I bought was a "GRIFFIN JUMPER" for eReaders. Found at walmart around $14. Its more like a envelop with ample padding top and bottom and fuzzy inside and heavy stiched edges. Its a pretty tight fit but it does completely cover and protect.
I use a Belkin 7" tablet sleeve. Its a tight fit but does the job.

could you provide a link for this? thanks
Received my CaseCrown black faux suade zipper case today. Exactly what I was looking for.
Fit is a little snug when trying to zip it shut, but I think it will stretch slightly over time.
case + stand + keyboard

Kindle Fire Sleeves

Hey guys,
So I just picked up my Nexus 7, and I am looking around for a case until something more to my liking comes out (incipio, otterbox)
I found this http://www.amazon.com/Timbuk2-Kindle-Ballistic-Envelope-protection/dp/B005K2XM94/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1342580628&sr=8-10&keywords=kindle+fire+sleeve
Do you guys think it will fit the nexus 7?
Any other suggestions for a sleeve like case?
It'll probably fit, but I would get a regular Nexus 7 case from Amazon since the one in your link is $20.00, there are cases for the Nexus 7 that are half that price that you could use until a good one comes out.
I have a Marware Fire sleeve, and it does NOT fit. The N7 is longer.
I ended up getting this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004LSUR3M/ref=ox_ya_os_product
It should give me enough protection until a case that I love comes out.
The reviews for it said that it is a little longer than required for the Fire, so hopefully it will just be perfect for the Nexus 7. If not, Amazon has a great return policy.

I picked up a Belkin Pleat Sleeve for the Kindle Fire from Target for $9.99. It was marked down from $29.99. Fits the Nexus 7 perfectly. I'll use it until the Moko Slim Fit case arrives.
I was happy to find an inexpensive case that I could buy and use immediately. The N7 was looking naked and unprotected.

Belkin Verve Folio Stand for Kindle Fire

Genuine leather and fits perfectly surprisingly and has multiple stand up options.
You can get them at Walmart.
Just letting everyone know.

MoKo is a great product line available on amazon.

I'm currently using this:
http://www.casecrown.com/kindle-fire/hard-cover/case-black
which is working fine but would like a book style case where the cover also doubles as a stand...similar to this one, which I have for the iPad:
http://www.casecrown.com/ipadn/omni/case-black
Would even go for one in leather if Yoobao made one.
What's the best case under thirty dollars

I just ordered the yoomee case from amazon.
its only $6, techincically its for the fire, but fits the nexus perfectly, and even has a strap that you can put a magnet under turning it into a smart cover
geek.com has the article, but I can't post the link because i am a noob to the forums.
it will work until they start making quality cases that are form-fitted correctly.

Kindle fire case compatibility

Has anyone gotten their Nexus 7 to fit in a kindle fire case?
Just buy a Nexus 7 case and your problem solved. They're cheap anyways.
I fap to the porn forums on Tapatalk 2
They probably won't fit. The Nexus 7 is a bit longer than the Kindle and thinner.
Yes!

I bought a Koskin leather 'Portfolio-style' case KF-3010BK from Office Depot. Same store I bought the N7!
I really like the corner protection, soft non-scratch interior, soft leather feel outside, and black color. Oh ... and Buttons and Jacks are all accessible
I highly recommend taking a look at it for $29.99
Purchased the M-Edge Latitude Jacket case made for the kindle fire from office depot. Fits my nexus perfectly.....its only temporary till my dodocase comes in but I must admit I do love how this case zips up and have pockets that zip up so I can slide my cards in.
Follow me on Google+ Jalissa Peterson
I did. Put it in a poetic
